Localización excepcional, limpieza muy buena y el estado del apartamento estupendo como su fuera recién estrenado. Además sensación de amplitud por los techos altos y las vistas maravillosas

場所が便利。大聖堂前バス停から5分位、飲食店が集中するヌエバ広場の端にあります。サンニコラス展望台へはすぐ横の路地から登っていける。アルハンブラへの登り口もヌエバ広場にありすぐ近く。部屋はきれいで大きな冷蔵庫その他の調理器具もあり申し分なし（買い出しは大きなスーパー、エルコルトイングレで）。レセプションが常駐していないのでチェックインは時間が限られる。 グラナダのアパートメントはここしか泊まっていませんが、便利だったのでまたここに泊まると思います。

바깥기온 1도 인데 난방시설이 없습니다 너무 추웠어요. 그리고 온수는 90리터 온수기 사용 한다고 적혀있긴 한데 한사람이 머리감고 나서 끝났어요 아무리 아껴쓴다 해도 두 사람이 씻을 수는 없을 것 같네요 겨울엔 비추입니다 그리고 차로 가신다면, 절대 호텔근처까지 차로 가지마세요 일반차량 진입금지 길이기도 하거니와 잘못 진입시 도저히 운전하기 힘든 길(걷는 사람 많은 좁은 길)을 빠져나와 알바이신 언덕을 한참 돌아서 시내로 내려올 수 있습니다. 한시간 소요됩니다.

room and location is ok. However, the front desk only there from 3-6pm. No one contact us to schedule for checkin so we arrive with door closed and don’t know how to checkin.

L'appartamento è in una posizione veramente strategica, sia che si voglia visitare la città, sia che che si voglia andare all'alhambra! Arredato in modo impeccabile, molto pulito e confortevole, con una splendida stanza relax con terrazzino dal quale si può ammirare l'alhambra. Unico neo la mancanza della reception. Nei giorni precedenti il soggiorno abbiamo ricevuto una mail con i possibili orari di check-in, con specificato in modo chiaro che alle 15 ci sarebbe stato un addetto ad effettuare il servizio. Dopo un pò di attesa, ho telefonato al numero indicato in prenotazione e mi è stato detto che un'ulteriore mail con i codici per accedere alla struttura era stata inviata alle 14,30 del giorno stesso... Quando si è in giro in vacanza, molti non vogliono avere lo stress di controllare continuamente la posta elettronica o semplicemente non avevano la possibilità di farlo come il sottoscritto! Una telefonata sarebbe stata decisamente più gradita!

Das Positive: Die Lage ist optimal für eine Besichtigung der Alhambra und der Altstadt. Man ist mittendrin! Vom kleinen Balkon blickt man auf die Plaza Santa Ana / Nueva. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Alles ist ziemlich neu, sauber und gepflegt. Das Negative: Laut Beschreibung ist die Rezeption von Montag - Sonntag: 12:00 Uhr - 20:00 Uhr besetzt. Das stimmt nicht, nur ab 15:00 Uhr und nur bei Bedarf ist jemand anwesend. Wir konnten die Ferienwohnung aufgrund von Verkkehrsregelungen nicht mit dem Auto erreichen. Darauf wurden wir vom Vermieter nicht hingewiesen, erhielten nur einen Hinweis, dass man sich nicht auf das Navi verlassen könne. Immerhin hatten wir Glück und fanden einen kostenlosen Parkplatz ca. 25 Gehminuten entfernt. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass die Unterkunft als Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer ausgewiesen war. Es gibt aber kein separates Schlafzimmer. Küche, Wohn- und Schlafbereich gehen ohne Tür oder andere Abtrennung ineinander über.

la climatización fue lo único que fallo

I liked that this accomodation was so centrally located and had an elevator. Needed accesibility for my mother. But, not good for those who cannot do any stairs because there still were some, even inside our room. If you are looking for an experience with amenities or superb customer service, this is not the place. There were no spare sheets in the closet for the sofa couch. Maybe we should have told them beforehand, but we even tried to check in during their window but she had left an hour early, emailed us a code (international limited data so didnt see in time) had trouble with opening the front door in the rain. Parking-told us we could park in their garage nearby. Their directions were really difficult to follow, the parking elevator was hard to manuver in and out of, and overall it was exhausting but still worked. Granada being an old city makes parking and navigation difficult. Furthermore, we ended up finally parking and then, because I am traveling with limited data and no calling, I got an email saying we shouldn't park there because the elevator didn't work. Well, we had just used it. We also ended up getting a ticket from the city maybe because we took one wrong turn and they ticket cars who drive unauthorized. Maybe the manager didn't authorize our plate like they said they would or the one wrong turn was the cause. I do not know. But the location almost, almost helped redeem it in my eyes. Still charged us the whole parking fee despite the grief they gave us...

Spacious, clean, pleasing accommodations in a convenient location. One downside is limited front desk hours and no luggage storage. Otherwise lovely.

완전 깨끗하고 편하고 위치도 좋았어요! 근데 도로 바로 옆이라 조금 시끄러웠어요

위치가 누에보 광장 비로 옆이라 입지가 매우 좋습니다.

체크인 시간이 제한적인지 모르고 늦게 체크인 했다가 문이 잠겨있어 당황함. 이메일로 출입 방법을 보내두었는데, 오래 된 유럽 빌딩 문 여는게 헷갈리고 엘리베이터가 있지만 쓸데없는 계단이 있어서 캐리어를 들고 들어가기 힘들었음. 어렵게 들어간 후에는 깨끗한 청소 상태나 창문 밖 예쁜 뷰에 만족. 다음에는 그냥 24시간 프론트 데스크가 있는 호텔에 갈 듯.

Positives: Room was very clean and big, and is in a great locatin Cons: Please note the check in desk is not open outside of the hours listed. Meaning you cannot drop off your bag early or leave your bag late. I had arrived at 11am and could not check in until 3pm and even then, the room was still not cleaned. Was super frustrating as I had tickets for the Alhambra that I had to wait for and my visit was super rushed. Just something to be cognizant of.

L'appartement était propre et confortable, et très bien situé dans la vieille ville. C'est au coeur de tout, ce qui peut être un peu bruyant pendant la nuit.

とても素晴らしいグラナダ滞在になりました。 部屋は2階の東向き。シングルベッド2台、ソファーベッド 1 台のプレミアアパートメント 1ベッドルーム バルコニーという部屋を予約しました。 バルコニーから右を見ると、ヌエバ広場でのストリートパフォーマンスが見えます。 左を見ると目の前の通りが丁度アルバイシンの入り口になっているため、行き交う人々や赤い可愛いバスを眺めて飽きません。 正面には、アルハンブラ宮殿のベラの塔が見えます。ベラの塔からももちろんお宿が見えました♪ サイトで見たままの清潔で広々としたお部屋です。 洗濯もできました！(近くの雑貨屋さんで大きなボトルの洗剤を買いました^_^;) 洗濯機の使い方は少々コツが要ります。 スタッフの方に教えて頂き、使いました。 スタンド式の物干しが備え付けられていたので、こまごましたものはそれで干せます。 シャンプーなどもありましたが、泡立ちがイマイチですので、アメニティグッズは持参された方が良さそうです。 バスタオルとフェイスタオルはありました。 一点だけ、シャワーを使うとトイレの方まで水浸しになってしまいます。 ここだけ残念。 チェックイン、アウトもとてもスムーズにできました。 また、グラナダに行くことができたらこちらに泊まりたいです！
