Das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und stets bemüht, die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit, wenn Fragen sind bzw. kleine Probleme entstehen, z.B. als mein Schuh kaputt ging, hat ihn mir ein Techniker dort kostenfrei repariert. Man fühlt sich rund um wohl, wie zu Hause.

10 sene önce bu otele gelmiştim.O zaman mobilyalar yeniydi.Temizdi,bakımlıydı.10 sene sonra hala aynı mobilyalar.Odalardaki koltukların yüzü bile değiştirilmemiş.Ufak tamiratlar yapılmış.Otel eskimiş. Spor salonu çok iyi.Havuzu güzel.Hemen yanında spa var.Konumu ideal.MErkezin biraz dışında.Arabayla çok yakın ama yürünmez.

The hotel did not have air condition facility despite temperature being 27 degrees celsius in the room. After multiple complaints still the manager refused to start the AC. After all, I wasted my one week of stay and left early. Neither did I get a refund from the hotel. unsympathetic staff

It is an old hotel. It can be considered close to the center. Transportation is easy. You can find a taxi in a short time. Moreover, it is very economical.

Rooms are clean and soundproof, but the furniture is old and worn. Breakfast offers very limited options. Overall, it's an average hotel.

The room was not clean ، i asked to clean it 3 times, and when they clean, they do it not good I was in this hotel 2 years ago , was much better

2 bathrooms in room. One at the entry and full bathroom in the master room. Great idea for big group. Kids liked the pool and the gym. A very beautiful hotel.

Overall a great place to stay, we spend most of the time outside exploring but once we got back it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was decent and there was rotation in the days we stayed.

Fantastic hotel. Highly recommended! Jacuzzi bathtub and the comfiest bed - slept like a baby! Pillow menu also provided, fresh mineral water in glass bottles. Great spa facilities and swimming pool. Fantastic hotel!!

It is a dated property but this didnt bother us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and extended another day. The cleaner was exceptional, goes above and beyond to keep your room immaculate every day. We tipped her too. Bed was amazing ane they ecen have pillow menu. Jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic and separate shower cubicle was great. Huge bathroom huge room and definitely recommend. Gym and spa facilities but remember your car for swimming as theg wont allow you in. 18 manat was swimming cap was too pricey. But facilities were good. We wjll defo be back :)
