Undergoing a major renovation. For the price it was fine, but the update can’t come fast enough

Extremely friendly staff easy parking and close to all the attractions good breakfast and great price will definitely stay again

First thing the building smells like they have a thousand air freshers going off at he same time, the carpet was filthly, the loveseat needed to be in the garbage, the refrigerator leaked and the breakfast was undesirable

Nothing. The elevators didn’t work properly. In the middle of a renovation only one elevator worked for the entire hotel

The property was worse than what was said on the reviews. Bed was made with springs, mold on the vents, carpet had a dirty film, balcony was not private, the indoor pool was not heated and pool area was horrible, acess to breakfast was not easy, elevator was down and had to walk through halls to access "amenities ". The property had paper sign for renovations but nothing was being worked on. Highlight was jacuzzi in room and fireplace that had to be worked on several times due to pilot light. 1 elevator to service floors that was also not very trustworthy. Comforter had fresh blood stain on it. I could go on

I would not recommend this hotel, my car broke down on the way up and was not able to make it called the hotel about cancellation and refund was told they could not do anything because it was booked through Expedia. So I called Expedia and they have tried twice now to get the managers approval. It took me 15 attempts to get anyone at the hotel to answer a phone the day everything happened. The staff isn’t helpful nor friendly about anything wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

The place is old ,smells ,and is very very dirty.

Enjoyed our 2 nights had an accessible room due to disabilities. Wish the tub was easier to get into and had a handheld shower hopefully during the remodel they add things like that. My teenagers loved the pools and how close it was to everything. Hope to stay again. Loved the balcony I enjoyed the outdoors while kids were at the pools.

Very dirty hotel nothing looks like the photos online

We liked the balcony but the motel is very old and run down. They are doing some remodeling so hopefully it will be better. Our room had a smell when we ran the air conditioner and there was a big hole in the wall. The tv was small and had a fuzzy picture. The beds were lumpy. Would not stay there again.

Not what we expected, no mention of the hotel under renovation. Pictures deceiving, when you walk in all areas are under construction. Many of the guess were disappointed, it was the topic at breakfast the next morning. No blankets on the beds just sheets. Will be writing to the hotel to see if they will refund the amount of one night due to us leaving early. Very unhappy stay.

This place has a horrible odor and is so filthy I didn't even want to get in the bed. I wouldn't take my shoes and socks off and walk around because the carpet was almost black in a lot of areas. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and worn out, I got no sleep. The sink leaked constantly dripping no matter what we tried. Only one elevator in the whole building worked. The front desk staff looked at me like I was lying or crazy when I told him how bad the first room smelled and asked for a different room and said "all the rooms are the same ."

rooms are a little dated but honestly not that bad, they are still renovating, they were very helpful and nice

The hotel is right in the middle of all of the area attractions. Walkable. Easy parking. A little dated with some wear and tear.

The hotel was great. Budget friendly. Just needs updated some. Only one elevator was working at the of our visit

Room was fairly clean, good breakfast. Only one elevator was working. Pictures on website were good which is a big reason I chose park tower inn but not accurate. Very run down, but claim to be remodeling. Ice machine didn’t work on 6th floor which is where our room was. Had to go to 1st floor and down 2 halls to get ice. Elevator to indoor pool not working so had to use stairs. No chairs around the pool. I’ve also made reservations (before I went on September 10) for November to take our grandkids. They like to swim but I’m not sure pool is clean enough. If I could get a refund, I would definitely cancel November reservation.

Only thing i didn't like was that the pictures on web are not quite like the room.

Property is extremely outdated and hasn’t had a remodel since probably the 80-90s it is currently under some remodeling however it doesn’t look like good remodeling but like cheap handyman remodeling. Water pressure is very poor in the room. The biggest issue with the property is the pool area. The restrooms located at the pool area have an inch of standing water leading to the private one bathroom, and the tiles are falling off the walls and there is mold all over the bathroom and sink. The pool water is so cloudy you can’t see the bottom. The room was clean however when we walked in all doors were unlocked, the glass door and the conjoining room door all unlocked. The remote didn’t have a backing and our room phone was unplugged and didn’t work when it was plugged in and the curtains were ripped. Parking lot is small, and police were there for multiple different guests. Overall, it didn’t feel safe or well kept. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location.
