Loved everything about the property, staff, cleanliness, location, vibrant plaza anctivities, and the fact the it was adults only.

El hotel está cerquita de todo. No necesitas sacar el carro. Tienen excelentes facilidades, habitaciones súper lindas, modernas y cómodas. Buena música en la piscina y abierta 24 hrs. Y lo más importante es el trato de los empleados. Siempre tienen una sonrisa, muy atentos. Regresaré Dios mediante. Los recomiendo al 100%.

En el estacionamiento posterior hay q llamar por telefono para que abran el brazo mecánico y siempre habia q esperar. La habitacion limpia, y el aire funcionaba muy bien. Al ser categoria premium, al momento de check in inmediatamente la chica q me atendió me dijo q no me podia dar un ascenso por estar a capacidad y en realidad no lo estaba, es la segunda vez que me ocurre en dicho hotel. Y en esta ocasión ni siquiera me dieron los dos tragos de bienvenida por ser nivel premium (la vez anterior si). Cabe destacar la atención y amabilidad en el desayuno en Brujula, empleados excelentes y el desayuno espectacular, muy muy bueno.

Estacionamiento, limpieza, ambiente, personal servicial y atento, facilidades y ubicación todo excelente!

Wow!! Incredible stay even though we stay just one night. Thanks to all the staff from the check in to the restaurant (Amaury and Carlos) and check out for assisting us and making us feel welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and far away from all the buzz. There is a lot of restaurants to choose from and the food was amazing both at Isla Cueva and breakfast at Brújula. We will come back for sure!!

Es un sitio acogedor y limpio. En la música hay que variar porque lo que habíamos era gente adulta en la piscina y lo que pusieron todo el tiempo fue música urbana. Y no es mala pero deben variar.

El hotel espectacular y la comida también. Esta cerca de todo en la parguera.
