Gentings is always our half way meeting place, my son loved the Hotel and as we lost him last year to Cancer we STILL meet most months and remember him .rase a glass and have a gamble in his name

Very nice hotel, good options to eat, good breakfast. Not great drinks options at the bar.

Friendly staff and comfortable hotel.

Great stay. Good large room, comfortable and quiet. Skybar is a little loud for us, but food is good. Breakfast buffet is better than most and eat us up for the day. Second time we’ve stayed and will definitely be back.

Again another wonderful stay-will be back!

Went for a drink at the

Stayed in the genting suite and it was amazing. The room was so spacious and great value for the price. My only criticism would be that there wasn’t a balcony or terrace and that was the only thing that could have made this room any better. The spa was fantastic especially the outdoor hot tub. Staff were friendly and welcoming and check in was quick and easy.

Paid over the odds as it was a concert stay but it’s only worth £100 not £400 The bed and bedding is very budget

Very nice room, large and spacious. It did have quite a smell to the room unfortunately, it smelt quite of garlic which hit us when we walked in. That was the only negative. Staff were welcoming and location was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarance, the staff were all friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Michelin star in house restaurant. The cobblestoned old town with its multiple dining options and lovely little shops is walkable, making it a great location.

Hotel room was very spacious, clean and has everything needed. The facilities on site were incredible- Jacuzzi, pool, sauna and the like. The fitness suite is one of the biggest I have seen for a hotel. Everything was just top quality. It is a big hotel so the only downside was getting around to and from your room to other areas. As you’re in resorts world, there are plenty of things to see and do and you’re right on the door step for the airport.
