Room was clean and a good size in general, but the bathroom was very cramped. Nice tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were all very friendly, food was ‘pub grub’ and not the best fish and chips I have had, however the breakfast was excellent. We only stayed for one night whilst passing through, so it was a good place to rest our weary heads after a long day motorcycling in the rain.

Great stay for a couple of nights. The whole team here were friendly and helpful. Really nice food especially the plant based cooked breakfast.

A lovely, idyllic setting - Nothing to complain about. Staff were great, food was lovely. I felt that 7.30 am start is too late for breakfast

Very comfortable bed and pillows, easy access to the M5 and a buzzy reasonably priced restaurant with interesting and well cooked dishes. All in all, a super stay

Clean facilities and very friendly and professional staff.

Very busy pub with rooms. Have stayed here before but food not as good this time. Very strange dinner menu choices. Waited half an hour for our order to be taken. Food not very good. No check back by staff either. At breakfast food very poor. My scrambled egg not very hot and not much of it either. Served on top of a slice of toast with a pat of butter at the side . No cereals or pastries or even toast and jam. Won’t be using this place again
