The staff in hotel and restaurant were very pleasant and accommodating. Food was delicious. This is the 2nd time we chose this hotel.

Clean room and great location, but disinterested staff and poor amenities for the price (eg no teabags in the room, cheap linens). It’s fine but wouldn’t stay again.

Great restaurant/ cafe. Staff friendly and good. Food wonderful. Ate breakfast every day there and 3 dinners. Also drinks. Love the hotel. Will stay there when return to Old Quebec

The Auberge Tresor is a wonderful place to stay and explore Quebec city. The location could not be any better, the property itself makes you feel like you are in Europe. The 1640 restaurant for breakfast was great and got you all fueled up for a day of walking and exploring. This was the second time we have stayed there and each time the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location, and great "old world charm". Super friendly and helpful staff ... especially in their excellent Bistro. The only drawback is no elevator. Be prepared to drag your luggage upstairs. There are no rooms on the ground floor.

Everything about our stay was incredible. Check-in was super easy, woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. Our room was great, on the front side of the hotel! Cozy, clean, great bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. Auberge du Tresor is on a very busy corner so it was a bit loud during the day and evening but we didn't mind at all and loved that we were in a prime location. Things quieted down early in the night. We have already said that if we return to Quebec City we would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly staff, quiet room, convenient for sightseeing in Vieux Quebec et Vieux Port. Excellent restaurant.
