I've had better 3-star experiences. A nice mix of incompetent staff and a leaky washroom. I didn't have the best luck with the early check-in deal. Skip this one if you can (perhaps try the Taj next door?). The breakfast at L-14 was truly good. Overall, okayish for the price.

Staying at this hotel was a good experience.

The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. This affected the overall experience and level of comfort expected during the stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options available each morning. The staff at the breakfast area were courteous and attentive. We also appreciated that the hotel helped us upgrade our package, which turned out to be very beneficial and added value to our stay.

Decent stay. Couple of incidences that you don’t expect - no water in the bathroom one morning - average breakfast buffet (dosa was good though) - a/c not so effective.
