The owners and cleaning service folks are just very warm and accommodating. The vibe is accepting and supportive. I stayed here 20 years ago and had a similar experience. They are nice people running a great, small hotel.

This property was unfortunately older than the photos and could use new beds or memory foam toppers. The cleaning staff was very nice and accommodating. It’s walking distance to the main strip but furthermore to the shops the beach is close but there is no shade there.

Direkt am Strand ohne viel tamtam. An der Rezeption ist morgens niemand. Nachmittags und abends manchmal. Sauberkeit ist mittelmässig und wer Ruhe sucht sollte ausserhalb von tamarindo bzw. nicht an der Hauptstrasse suchen. Nachtclub crazy monkey ist gegenüber und Motorrad-Proleten fahren bis in die Nacht mit lauten Maschinen und viel Zwischengas.

For the price and location it was very nice. But if you are looking to have dinner take the minute walk towards town many restaurants The restaurants that is there is expensive and not very good.

Occasional barking dog at night, one night went a bit long, but the responsibility of the hotel? Can't do much about a noisy neighbor...maybe a temporary thing. Staff wonderful, place very clean and great view out the window. Good value!

The chambermaid Marta was great The rest of the other than two people were the worst staff in my coming to tamarindo for 15 years. People working behind the bar and the receptionist didn't even say hi when I entered the lobby. Really sad.

En famille. 👍accès à la plage facile, cours pleine de vegetation et d’animaux, lit et grandeur de la chambre ok. 👎les chambre s’ouvrent directement dans le restaurant Red door. Restaurent tres cher avec musique forte de club en permanence jusqu'à 22h/22h30. Donc plutot impossible de rester pour relaxer a la chambre. à notre arrivée: Il y avait une vapoteuse dans la salle de bain, une lampe sans ampoule jamais changé, pas de stationnement. Je recommanderais seulement à des backpakers de party, mais riches.

Check in was easy the hotel was a cute boutique style hotel staff was friendly and very convenient has a restaurant downstairs with great food and decent prices for the area

The parking is practically on the street, the cabin is just enough to stay a night but it’s difficult to sleep because the place is next to Main Street so you hear cars all night long, there is a bad smell.
