Die Atmosphäre im Riad Marraplace war wunderbar. Das Personal war super freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock. Vor unserer Zimmertür war eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten mit Pool. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Ein ganz besonders schöner Ort! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir noch einmal in der Nähe Urlaub machen würden

Very helpful staff. Good AC, good hot water. Very close to the square. But very quiet at night. Walkable, many restaurents around this property and shopping places. Staff managed to keep this place very clean all the time. Not good place for the people with mobility issuses. Many steps to each floors and to eat the breakfast on the rooptop. No kettle in the room, no tea/coffeemaking facilities. No fridge also. No TV in the tooms or comman areas. Breakfast is adaquiate, may vary everyday.

This is a beautifully well maintained riad, with a stunning courtyard with fountain. The room was lovely, well decorated and of a good size. Right from the start, all of the staff were friendly, professional and most helpful, with local maps available and plenty of advice about what to do and where to go. It was in a wonderful location, less than a minute from the square with all its restaurants and souks. We had a lot of bags and the staff were extra helpful with arranging its transportation and helping us with transfers.

The Riad is very close to the main square but still quiet and private. Front desk super helpful. Beautiful inside. Great to have AC. I would highly recommend this Riad.

Bedding was not great. Pillow was hard and so was mattress. Convenient location.

I highly recommend Riad Marraplace. It’s in a great location and the staff is amazing. They responded quickly to any inquiries before my stay, arranged airport transfer upon arrival and departure, held my bags when I went on a three day tour and even provided breakfast to go. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. Again highly recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our time at Riad Marraplace. The rooms were gorgeous and the staff was extremely helpful & went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The airport transfer service was also affordable and reliable!

A 2 minute walk from the medina, but away enough that you’re not in the middle of the chaos. The decorum was really next level and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable.

Room was clean, bathroom was neat, good breakfast, staff was helpful.

We really appreciated booking the hotel transfer from airport to the Riad and then back to the airport when leaving. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Riad is absolutely stunning with a wonderful breakfast on the roof top.

Das Riad hat eine hervorragende Lage, um die Medina zu erkunden und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Atrium wunderschön. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Dennoch darf man nicht vergessen, dass afrikanische Verhältnisse nicht unbedingt den mitteleuropäischen Verhältnissen entsprechen und man muss eine teilweise etwas ältere, aber saubere, Ausstattung in Kauf nehmen. Aber gerade das macht den Charme des Riads aus. Es ist authentisch im positivem Sinne. Die Zimmer verfügen zudem über eine Klimaanlage, die jeder Gast selbsttätig regulieren kann. Das Frühstück ist marokkanisch, d.h. es gibt kein großes Frühstücksbuffet, sondern jedem Gast wird das gleiche Essen serviert, das aber täglich variiert und sehr lecker ist. So besteht auch nicht die Gefahr eines "Überfressens". Trotzdem wird man satt. Fazit: Man kann dieses Riad absolut empfehlen.

Personel tres sympathique et serviable. La chambre calme et tres propre. Juste il faudrait ajouter des parasols ou des zones ombragé pour le petit déjeuner .lieux magnifiquement décoré. Adresse a partager. Merci

Good location, convenient

Location is very good, staff are nice. They looked after my bag with no issues while I was gone throughout the day after checking out. I think it depends largely on which room you are given, however my room had several large bugs in it when I checked in. Also a large stain on the bedsheets. Finally, when I went to leave, the driver they had arranged for me forgot about the ride and was late. Overall a fine place but far from luxury.

Lovely comfortable accommodation ideally situated for exploring Marrakech. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent served on the rooftop terrace
