Comfortable warm and hospitable owners. Dated decor and needs modernisation.

Owners are lovely, great hospitality and they got us breakfast in the morning. We check in super late and lost the key but they were still really nice about it. The place is warm and well kept. The only point of feedback would be the furniture is slightly dusty but all in all , great stay.

really enjoyed our stay. it was very relaxing. The breakfast was amazing with fresh bread and croissants delivered to your door every morning that had come just out of the oven from the local bakery. Kathy was lovely on check in and showed us all what was needed then left us alone for the rest of the time for us to enjoy our stay. Would recommend this property if your not looking for anything flash but just want to relax and unwind in a lovely cottage environment.

We stayed in the family suite, which is semi-attached to the owners' cottage, and found it to be an absolute delight. The owners are a lovely couple who made us feel right at home. The cottage was quite spacious but had a rustic charm, and we were snug and cosy with both central heating and a lovely wood fire to keep us warm. There were plenty of books, toys and games to keep the kids entertained, and the beds were quite comfortable. A portacot and high chair were also provided. The kitchen was fairly basic, but food was provided for breakfast, and there were a supermarket and various places to eat out within easy walking distance. There was no washing machine, but the owners happily took care of our laundry for us, at no extra cost, so we felt well looked after and had a great stay. Highly recommended!

There are 3 lovely accommodation units available,2 Studio Spa Units(very spacious, comfortable king bed, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge (stocked with breakfast ingredients ),electric frying pan, electric single portable top stove, breakfast cereals , coffee, tea, hot chocolate for morning breakfast etc..also a spacious bathroom with double spa, air-conditioning, tv and dvdplayer (a free dvd library in the reception), gas log fire place, every morning you also receive fresh bread, croissants etc.., from the local bakery aswell as the daily paper. There is also a family unit for upto 5 people too. A minutes walk to park, shops, restaurants, cafe, bakery, bistro,bus stop &2mins Drive into heart of Olinda&Near other attractions.

Really peaceful, cozy and great time. Everything in the cottage was attended to detail, staff was very homely, and helpful, felt extremely comfortable :)

Friendly greeting by host and orientation. Room was comfortable, but was presenting cluttered when compared to booking photo. Yards and gardens could have been better presented to give a nicer greeting on arrival. Included food basket was nice and the daily bread and croissant top up was lovely. Hosts were easy to access and available and for any queries.

The owners are warm, helpful and do their best to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Breakfast is delicious and fresh.

The welcome, the ambiance of the cottage and the surrounding landscape made this a great spot to get away from the city. This was enhanced by the welcome bottle of bubbly and the great supplies for a self cooked breakfast. The close proximity to the various villages in the Dandenong Ranges made this a great choice. Great value for money!

We were warmly welcomed even though we were late and arrived around 9pm. It was a cold and wet night and it was very comforting to be shown to our room and find that the heating had been turned on in anticipation of our arrival and it was warm and cozy. After a solid night's sleep we found the breakfast provided was more than ample, especially given the fresh croissants delivered to our door.

Comfortable cottage. Self-make breakfast was great. Fully stocked fridge with bacon & eggs, OJ, etc and then fresh bread and croissants delivered to your door. Only negative is that free Wifi signal needs boosted.

Great little cottage, the staff were friendly and very accomodating and gave us tips on what to do and see. The cottage was very comfortable and cosy and a lovely breakfast was provided! Very relaxing!

We stayed for two nights in the Family Suite with a 15 month old. Plenty of room for a portacot in the 2nd bedroom and space for her to play inside. Lots of toys to keep her occupied including trampoline outside. Great location, close to all the highlights of the area. Would stay again.

Nice location. Lovely hosts . Cottages appear very dated and need updating. Flexible checkout times. Great service and loved the spa.
