Old & tired. Hot & humid room with poor AC & age frosted wet windows. Graffiti in tiny hot elevators & broken signage. Crumbling parking lot in the middle of a truck park. /petrol stop. Super friendly staff who did not deliver on promises (early morning take-away breakfast). A relic from the 60’s with a cheap makeover. Reminded me of hotels I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries. The only redeeming factors are it’s close to FLR and it is as cheap. It appears to be surviving on overnighting cheap bus tourists. Will not return.

Great food breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the room and easy to taxi from airport...therebis no airport shuttle as advertised. But taxis were plentiful and pleasant.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location close to airport was very useful. Just wish you offered a shuttle service to the airport, even if you charged a small fee.

Fuite d'eau au plafond avec des grosses gouttes pile sur la tête en plein dans la tête juste, personnel à l'accueil absolument désagréable et ça jette vos affaires comme votre brosse à dent et dentifrice sans demander l'autorisation et en passant, c'est indiqué qu'il y'a un navette gratuit pour l'aéroport et bien préparez vous à 30€ pour faire 5km et 60€ si l'aller retour avec le taxi car il n'y en pas. Vous voilà prévenu. Pour moi c'est la dernière fois avec cette hôtel.

Hotel all’interno dell’area di servizio,per entrare nel parcheggio devi prendere un ticket ( che poi l’hotel annulla), hotel vissuto che comunque mantiene un buon livello.Camera non grandissima, bagno sufficiente per dimensioni.Colazione discreta. Buon rapporto prezzo/qualità. Bisogna avere la macchina perché è lontano da tutto

Nonostante la camera con qualche imperfezione, per il resto il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Camera e bagno ben puliti. Personale educato e cordiale. Colazione eccellente e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio privato sicuro e vicino la struttura. Abbiamo riscontrato qualche problema con l’aria condizionata ma siamo sicuri che se lo avessimo fatto presente avrebbero risolto. Non essendo del tutto necessaria abbiamo “lasciato correre”

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was included with small options. Was 56 minutes from Pisa quick drive from the hotel.

Hotel comodo e in posizione strategica. Staff superlativo.

Struttura fatiscente camera poco funzionale priva di armadi per abiti, in compenso nuovo e funzionale il bagno. Buono il ristorante discreta la colazione personale gentile e disponibile

The room was hot! Unfortunately due to regulations the A/C couldn’t be turned on until the beginning of May.

We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per lavoro e mi sono trovato molto bene. Staff cordiale e professionale, camera pulita e confortevole, perfetta anche per lavorare. Ottima la connessione Wi-Fi e buona la colazione. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti. Consigliato!

Check in sbrigato in pochi minuti. Camera pulita. Arredamenti e bagno datati. Pareti molto sottili; si sente qualsiasi rumore dalla sranza accanto. Ottima la prima colazione con buffet ben fornitio; caffè e cappuccino fatti al momento come al bar. Addetti in numero adeguato e servizio rapido. Buffet ben forniti
