Friendly staff. Very satisfied with the hotel.

My one bed room was medium size and clean. It had a mini fridge, and flat screen TV. The bathroom towels are very nice. Breakfast was basic continental scrambled eggs, rolls, sliced cold cut meats, cereal, milk, three choices of fruit. Coffee and tea. There is a restaurant and small bar with TV on the sixed floor. That's were breakfast is served. I don't like all the noise from the TV and bar it makes it difficult to sleep. The hotel needs to have a quiet time after 9:00pm. The rooms need sound proofing.

Pontos Positivos: o staff todo é muito bem educado, prestativo e foram ótimos. Eles são 10! O Hotel, por outro lado, é muito ruim... Localização ruim, barulhento e com janelas que não abafam o som, restaurante ruim... mas o pior mesmo é a ducha; todos os dias faltou água. O hotel é mais barato, mas tem itens básicos que não deveriam faltar...

I was very happy with the service and very disappointed with transportation was very difficult to arrange. However I also feel water bottles should be supplied upon arrival. Great reception service and breakfast accommodation was provided for earlier requests. Thank you

Muito barulhento, fica bem na avenida e nao tem qualquer tipo de isolamente. Passa a madrugada ouvindo as buzinhas que tem nesse transito. Enfim, quem so quer descansar nao vai conseguir.

Spent over an hour trying to check in. The staff was not familiar with Expedia, or the fact that you could book and pay via Expedia.

Está bien el cuarto, solo la ventana, que es traslúcida. del jacuzi, no tiene cortina y como el jacuzi está en el cuarto a unos pasos de la cama, pues por las mañanas entra la luz. El jacuzi es para dos personas, con luces led, muy bonito y agradable
