Perfectly located hotel steps from trams, metro, Old Town and more, with extras like a refrigerator and washer right in the room. Front-facing rooms are right on the street with trams, but the noise is fairly regular and easy to get used to.

더블침대를 신청했으나, 싱글침대 두개를 붙인 침대를 제공해서 1차 기분이 별로였습니다. 조식이 포함된 가격이였는데~ 처음엔 직원이 안먹은 조식은 환불해준다 했는데 나중에 안내가 잘못되었다는걸 뒤늦게 깨닫고 2차 기분이 안좋았어요. 조식은 그냥 그래요...걍 사먹는게 나아요. 하지만 접근성은 최고여. 지하철역, 마트, 관광지로부터 10분 거리

The place is at a very convenient location where there is a metro and tram station nearby and the old town is within walkable distance. There are also supermarkets nearby where you can buy food to cook in the room (our room was the one with a kitchen). The reception is also very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy but we found that our room door was not properly closed after the first day of housekeeping. You may need to be aware that, although there is a lift in the building, you need to climb some stairs to reach your room (which was quite painful to us as our luggage was so heavy).

This property is centrally located, and it's easy to walk/metro/tram everywhere you'd like to be, if you don't need to sleep. Being centrally located, my room had been on the street side, and there was an over-abundance of street noises well into the night.

Quick trip to prague to check out the winter markets. Hotel was right next to the tram stop and everything was located a short walk from the hotel. However, with the trams running just outside it was extremely loud and noises and made it difficult to sleep. Also being a busy area, lots of drunk people were screaming on the street. The hotel though was faultless with a great breakfast spread. I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind the noise at night

너무너무 좋았습니다! 생각지도 기대하지도않았으나 넓은 방과 여유로운 식기와 세제류들 너무 좋았으며 수건이 여유롭게 있었습니다. 다시 프라하에 돌아가는 날에 숙박을 예약하지않아 찾아보았으나 날짜에 같은 자리가 없어서 아쉽네요

Perfect hotel with the nicest staff ( reception and house keeping), the rooms were spotless with comfy beds and are very well equipped and totally renovated. the area is quite central with a tram station close by and old town within a 10 min walk.

Vi var 10 venner afsted 3 dage til Prag og boede på Residence Spalena. Alle var meget glade / tilfredse med opholdet og størrelsen på de 5 værelser vi havde bestilt. 5 forskellige morgenmadsmenuer at vælge imellem som så blev bragt op til værelset hver morgen er bestemt heller ikke dårligt...……. Receptionen skal også have et kæmpe tak og ros, MEGET venlige og hjæpsomme med alt.

여기 주방이랑 다 있는데 자는 곳은 호텔이고 공간도 넓고 너무 좋았어요 맞른편에 마트 잇어서 사다가 간단하게 조리해먹기도 좋아요!! 매일매일 채워주셔서 더 감사했어요 리셉션에 계신 분들도 너무 친절해용 어디든 걸어가기 적당한 거리 (도보 35분 안)

주요 관광지까지 도보 가능하고. 인접한 곳에 지하철 역이 있어 접근성 등이 무척 좋았고, 주변에 맛집과 쇼핑할 곳들이 가까이 위치함. 단, 방이 좀 추웠고 물은 따뜻했지만 수압이 약했습니다. 결정적으로 주변 트램 때문에 시끄러운 편이였습니다. 전반적으로는 만족합니다.
