The room was extremely dirty and the furniture was peeling. I have the pics to prove it. Also, the internet was not available in the TWO! times we stayed in your hotels. The rude person up front said that we would need to call IT support ourselves to get it fixed. Your website advertised free WiFi and that was a lie. We will not be using your brand anymore. We will make sure the word gets around. I can reassure you that not a single person from our family and friends will use your hotels. The worse experience ever.

I checked Out 4 days early. I was in room over 8 days. They would change sheets or bedding. Wouldn’t mop or clean. I took garbage out twice. The room had airborne worms in there. I went to doctor and got medication. I went to a different hotel. I need credit for days I left early.

Outside and common areas are very nice. Once you get into the room it's okay. Does the job for a night but we were told it was a non smoking hotel and the previous tenants to our room at some point definitely smoked in the room because you can smell it. Other than that, check in was easy and good hotel for the price.

Syaff rude and hateful

It was a nice property. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue that I spotted is that it seemed like there might have been some exterior damage but I'm sure they'll take the time to fix that soon.

Young female traveling alone. The room had to be switched due to a dirty bathroom and hairs in the bed. When asked for new bedding, was told there wasn't any clean. New room was also dirty. Unsafe environment in the parking lot and elevators. Roach found in new room. Left without staying.

bed was a bit wonky, dirty rooms. The hotel itself seems old. Service was good tho.

Not a typical hotel, mostly longer term low rent accommodations. Great if you have a dog and don’t require any of the typical niceties you find elsewhere. Has a stove and refrigerator but no cookware, plates, silverware, etc. you need to bring your own.

Stayed one night it was worth the money.

I liked the property and amenities so mucg that I was making sure I had the money together every week so that I could renew my room. The main manager and the assistant manager are very rude and inconsiderate and think they are akways rihht regardless of the proof against their claims... im homeless and 14 weeks pregnant and have a 17 year old senior ANXIETY ESA jack Russell ans they kicked me out because when they did room checks (that i was never notified about) they accused me of smoking in the room only because they said that they could smell it. I AM A CIGARETTE SMOKER IM GINNA SMELL LIKE CIGARETTES. I had just come back in from smoking outside so of course standing right next to me you are going to smell it. I have no where to go i would not even consider risking losing my place to stay just to smoke. I would not risk the possibility of having to sleep outside. Bit they refused to listen and were very rude.

Resonable cost

They let someone in my room that his behind the refrigerator and I took a picture of it and the lady at the desk gonna ask me if it was taken there plus they have bedbugs really bad

I enjoyed it was clean

WiFi is available only for one device and the setup doesn’t work in first go. More devices are charged extra.

It was excellent

We didn’t check in until the next day, but our room was already paid for & they canceled it on us. That part sucked and what’s worse, they haven’t refunded the second nights stay. My observation on the place, it was dirty.

Bare minimum accommodation. It has a kitchen, but you need to bring/buy EVERYTHING. Cookware, cutlery, plates, cups, paper towels etc. The staff was very nice, however.
