This was an amazing resort far away from the city noise. The staff was amazing, property and amenities were just perfect. Honestly, you dont need to go to a winery. They have a great vineyard and just need to bring your own wine! I would come back here again!

This sparkling new and friendly resort, on a resort-owned vineyard, has beautiful landscaping with gorgeous flowers and vineyards, a high-quality restaurant in a separate building, and a spa. It has no ATM, but one is available in a nearby shopping center and at the Luther Burbank concert etc. center across the highway. The resort does not provide transportation, but Uber, Lyft and a limited local taxi company can provide this. There is also a local airport taxi company, and some San Francisco-based limos/cars are willing to provide reasonable longer-haul transportation. Advance transportation arrangements are advisable, especially at concert event times. A viewable petrified forest is 10 miles away. Chocolates are left by your pillow in the evenings. The resort provides a free bottle of good local wine and some other beverages in the in-room refrigerator.

Lovely stay - the room was fantastic, and huge and clean. Great bathroom and bedroom, and the view was awesome. Edgar at the front desk went above and beyond, and made us feel welcome.

We have traveled extensively and Vitners Resort is among the finest lodgings we have ever enjoyed! Our room was excellent in all respects. It was spacious, comfortable and included excellent amenities. We had a great breakfast. Everyone at Vitners provided excellent and friendly service. This is a great place!

We stayed in a vineyard view fireplace room and it was very spacious and well-appointed. Lovely property and good for walking. Only negatives were it's a not close to any restaurant and the hotel's restaurant, John Ash , had poor food at high prices. A shame because the restaurant is beautiful and service was good but the food just wasn't good.

Wonderful resort conveniently located in Santa Rosa near wine country. Excellent restaurant and spa onsite. Rooms spacoius, updated and private. Will return.

Everything was fine … the accommodations are superb… If anything wrong it is you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms….tv playing….walking on the floor above as well as other showers being taken

Beautiful hotel just outside of Windsor. Location is great you feel like you are among the vineyards but close enough to drive everywhere. Hotel is undergoing a remodel. The pool area is great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The property, facilities and architecture are beautiful. The Reception staff were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The pool area was very clean and the outdoor bar staff were extremely attentive. The hotel room was was very clean and beautifully furnished. It had a lovely balcony overlooking a vineyard an electric fireplace and a very large bathroom with a walk in shower. Overall, everything was wonderful, with one serious exception, the bed!!! The King Bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable, so much so that we called the Reception Desk to see if there was another mattress available (there wasn’t). The bed was so uncomfortable

We loved our time at Vintners. We ordered an add-on of resort/spa made bath salt on the morning of check in and they had already placed it in our room by the time we got there. The room was beautiful and had a vineyard view which was great. The water pressure was amazing in the shower and the giant bathtub. Only thing that I wish was handled a little more was when I called the front desk to see if I could get the ingredients list for the soap in the shower since it was put into unlabeled Vintners bottles which don’t list the ingredients and I have an allergy. The front desk said she would check with housekeeping but I never heard back. I ended up just not using the soap but I wish the information was more readily available. Otherwise it was perfect, the breakfast we got delivered to our room from the on property restaurants was delicious and the staff checked in a few times before check in to see if we needed any help with dining or spa reservations or if there were any add ons we wanted. They were very friendly and we really enjoyed our time.
