We enjoyed our stay at Le Ruchi The Prince and highly recommend for family stays.

I can only repeat my last review. This is a fantastic hotel with a fantastic service and I will try to stay there next time I visit

Although 2 rooms were booked and was stated as 2 units, the frontvdesk receptionist insisted two rooms were not booked and interpreted it as two beds. He was adamant and on escalating the matter with his supervisor the matter was resolved. The hotel reception does not pick up the phone as given phone in the Hotels.com website.

It is nice quiet place.

Horrible experience ever. The wifi was dropping off every 2 min. The restroom tap leaked and smelled like gutter. There was a leaking sprinkler above one of the beds that soaked a bed completely. Complete waste of money.

Excellent stay at Hotel Le Ruchi The Prince. Property and rooms are very well maintained. Food is great. Staff is extremely courteous. Hotel is located at a short driving distance from most local attractions. Not so much for walking in the evening though. Overall a very warm and hospitable place.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Personal super freundlich, das Pool sauber, das Essen gut. Alles sehr empfehlenswert, wenn das Hotel mehrere Kilometer vom Zentrum liegen würde und über keinen Shuttle Service verfügt.

This hotel is terrible. The room was smelly and the breakfast was cold and bland. The toilet in the room was not cleaned and still had poo stains on the seat (although the cleaning staff had still placed a "disinfected" sign on it). The area is not very convenient either, as it's surrounded only by car dealerships; there is nothing of interest within walking distance. Perhaps it was a bad night, but when I stayed here many of the other guests were extremely rude and drunk; slamming their doors and yelling down the hallway at their friends. The hotel staff did nothing to quiet the loud party goers. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a nice 3 day stay here. The hotel staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful arranging taxis and rickshaws as needed to get around. Our room was quiet and the air con was very cool. Breakfast buffet was a delicious spread. Easy location. Our Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Huge upgrade from our previous hotel. This stay exceeded my standards.

The hotel was not nearly close to 4 stars, it had no tub, not many amenities. You had to pay to use an iron. Not worth the money I shelled out for this, I could have gone to boutique hotel instead.
