送迎、チェックイン・アウト、スタッフさんの対応、お風呂、ロケーション、食事等ぜんぶ満足しました。お部屋は多少古い感じはしましたがそれを充分補う満足度がありました。また行きたいです。

屋根から水漏れしているのが気になりました

Room was spacious, and food selection was top notch! Appreciated the courtesy shuttle. The location is a bit out of the way, so be sure to take advantage of the hotel's amenities. Enjoyed our seat

チェックアウトに時間かかり過ぎですが、 スタッフの方々は親切でした。

This place is huge - the opposite of cozy. But if you can ignore the cruise liner atmosphere, it's a great value. The rooms are large with magnificent views, and the onsens are beautiful. Both breakfast and dinner are included, and though it's all a bit over the top, it's buffet so you can eat what you want. One day was enough for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

オーシャンビューが素晴らしいホテルでした。客室は、落ち着いた和室で良かったです。

林さんが案内してくださった　朝9:00からの外の散策が、とてもよかったです！

館内がとても広くて、家族でゆっくりできる素晴らしいホテルです。バイキング会場は今まで体験したことのないような開放感の空間で圧巻でした。

朝のインフィニティ露天風呂は最高でした。
