接客が丁寧でとても居心地が良かったです。

昔ながらの温泉旅館という感じで部屋もお風呂もすごく古かったですがお湯は大変素晴らしかったです。スタッフの方は皆さんとても感じ良く、大雪だったため送迎も大変ありがたかったです。子どもは池の鯉にエサやりできるのをとても喜んでいました。

非常的乾淨、所有的員工都非常客氣有禮貌。溫泉很舒服住宿的房客還可以使用貸切風呂。 下雪坐在Lobby喝咖啡超級享受

서비스, 온천장, 조식까지 모두 훌륭했어요. 단지 방음이 안돼서 새벽까지 음악소리와 기침소리에 잠을 성쳤어요.

one of the best onsen ryokan I have stayed in Japan. you could feel the history of the ryokan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is awesome and highly recommend to take the dinner + breakfast option. Overall, a lovely ryokan suitable for single to family travelers

The best Onsen Ryokan in Tottori. The staff were super friendly and could communicate in English. The onsen was old given the history of the ryokan but still very good. The food was awesome too. Large room, the traditional service you would expect in onsen ryokan and definitely a must stay hotel for onsen lovers!

鳥取の水、お湯の良さを満喫した宿泊でした。清潔で手入れの行き届いた館内は気持ちが良いですし、部屋から見える池にも癒されます。また利用したいです。

温泉は家族風呂含め最高でした。疲れが取れリフレッシュできました。 駅までの送迎も行ってもらい助かりました。 大満足でした。 1点、お風呂の窓ガラスを磨くともっと見栄えが良くなるかも。

직원들이 친절하고 모든 시설을 이용하는 것이 만족스럽습니다. 음식도 훌륭하고 역까지 차량을 제공해서 편하게 여행을 했습니다. 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

Nicely maintained Japanese style hotel with hot spring bath. Excellent staff service. Good breakfast but no restaurant for dinner. Excellent hotel for a relaxing stay.
