Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like rock music.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel vom 10. bis zum 14. März 2026 war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch mit einigen deutlichen Einschränkungen verbunden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist vor allem das Personal. Die Mitarbeitenden waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und angenehm im Umgang. Dieser Service hat den Aufenthalt in gewisser Weise aufgewertet und verdient ausdrücklich Anerkennung. Leider steht dem jedoch ein aus meiner Sicht deutlich überhöhtes Preisniveau gegenüber. Bereits der Preis für die Übernachtungen erschien mir im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung sehr hoch angesetzt ( pro nacht ca. 240 CHF) Auch die Preise an der Poolbar bewegten sich in einem ausgesprochen gehobenen Segment und wirkten insgesamt überteuert. Besonders enttäuschend war mein Besuch im Steakrestaurant „Montauk“. Die Preise dort waren so hoch, dass sie mir den gesamten Abend verdorben haben. Ein derartiges Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis empfand ich als unangemessen. Zusätzlich war während meines Aufenthalts eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel in Betrieb. Von morgens bis abends wurde dort Fels mit einem Bagger abgetragen. Die dadurch entstehende Lärmbelastung war deutlich wahrnehmbar und beeinträchtigte die Ruhe erheblich. Fazit: Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt akzeptabel, vor allem dank des sehr freundlichen Personals. Dennoch stehen die hohen Preise, das aus meiner Sicht schwache Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die Baustellenlärmbelastung einer besseren Gesamtbewertung

Der Aufenthalt war gut! Gutes Zimmer, gottlos gutes Frühstück! Nur ist es insgesamt etwas zu laut! Überall und ständig musikalische Beschallung! Was nicht schlimm wäre, wenn es sich, wie es im Hotelnamen steht; um Hard Rock und Metal handeln würde! Stattdessen bekommt man ziemlich viel elektronische Musik zu hören! Insgesamt war es trotzdem sehr schön!

Loved every minute

The hotel itself is good, nicely decorated, modern and clean. The food was bad, breakfast was inedible for anything that was actually cooked. Bacon was slapped on the pan, not even taken apart so all the slices were burnt on the outside but barely cooked underneath each slice, clearly the "chefs" don't care. Eggs were under cooked, omelettes were tasteless, sausages burnt and the cheapest you can buy, not something you'd expect from a five star hotel. Croissants were nice though, thankfully they didn't need cooking. The all inclusive restaurants on site weren't much to write home about either, again using cheap ingredients, we probably had two dishes that were ok at best. So much so, even though we paid for all inclusive we made the decision to eat out every day. The staff were on the most grumpy, fed up and saw us as just another customer. Not the experience you expect from an apparent five star hotel. Everything we asked, including booking taxis for us, or asking for milk for my daughter seemed too much for them and a chore. Having stayed at other hard rock hotels, this one definitely doesn't live up to the others standard. I definitely won't be returning and was happy to be leaving. I would have relayed my concerns at check out, but I wasn't asked how my stay was either.

Fantastisch hotel. Zijn er in ontelbare geweest maar dit is wel echt de overtreffende de trap. Hadden wel Rock royalty geboekt maar écht een aanrader, apart in alle rust ontbijten, niks tekort gekomen. Alle personeel behulpzaam en ontzettend vriendelijk

Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding. Pool areas are lovely and well maintained. Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms.

Rigtig god hotel forudsat at du er til musik, fest og farver. Eneste minus var prisniveauet i aftenbuffeten, hvor vi (to personer) kom af med 114 euro, hvilket trods et stort udvalg af mad er “over priced”.

Great hotel. Clean. Staff are kind and helpful. Rented the guitar to play and it was amazing. Went half board.

We had our first family holiday with our little one here. By far the best part of this hotel is it's people - everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful with special shoutouts to Chyntia in the restaurant (who always kindly washed bubba's bib for us), Enrique at the Pool restaurant with his amazing sense of humour and Adonis at the pool bar. There are many others I'd like to shout out but can't remember names! The pools are lovely and the evening band / singer entertainment was always great. We went all inclusive - there were some times (e.g. 5.30-6.00) when we couldn't get food which made it harder with feeding bubba (although this could be because we are out of season) but otherwise the food was always nice and there was a good variety. The views are lovely and the rooms are clean and well presented. The cleaning staff are also incredibly helpful and efficient. We had a lovely time here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short break. There were both positives and areas for improvement. The pool area was lovely—large, clean, and inviting—though the loungers lacked padding, which didn’t quite match the five-star expectation. The room was modern and well-maintained, but the mattress was old and caused discomfort. Even after changing rooms, the bed wasn’t much better, and I relied on a pullout bed. If the bedding situation is improved, I would stay again, as the rest of the experience has great potential.

3rd stay and the hotel is still in excellent condition - lovely spacious rooms, drinks quality is unbeatable especially compared to other all inclusive. However the à la carte dining options had changed (condensed into one restaurant) and the food quality was significantly worse in the sports bar and Asian fusion. Buffet remained excellent.

Another fabulous stay here with the wife. We love the location, the vibe and general feeling of space around the site. Depending on how we get on at the airport heading home (very slow on arrival with the new electronic security checks) i’m sure we’ll be ‘rocking’ back up here again soon…

Great for families and groups. Pools and pool areas were well maintained with good vibes. Loved the roof top bar but very windy shame it isn’t open during the day. I was in standard room, which really needed to be updated even with the standard hard rock theme. It really did feel like i stepped back in time to the 80’s This room seemed outdated. The Food in all the restaurants was very average, breakfast seemed to have a wide choice. As a solo traveller every time i got up to get to fetch coffee, water or something my table was cleared away staff ready to seat the next group or family. This gave the impression this hotel is not set up for solo guests over all staff were friendly and helpful.
