Wasn’t too happy with the uncleanliness of the room. It smelled old, walls were dirty and paint peeling off of them. Toilet seat had paint peelings coming off of it getting stuck on my buttocks every time I sat down to use the bathroom which was annoying. Looked like dried up old blood spots on the bathroom floor which was cringe. And when I took a shower and got out to use the towels that were pre rolled by room service. The towels were nasty and covered in what looked like old spaghetti sauce. Also I found two empty Modelo 12 pk beer boxes left behind the tv stand as trash from a previous customer. Which indicates the rooms at Rest Inn don’t get cleaned up much and if so half cleaned. I was also hit with unexpected room fees upon arrival after I had already paid and booked for my room in full. Worst experience ever, I’m not a happy customer wish I could get a full refund. But hey you live and you learn. Please stay far away from here! You’re better off sleeping on someone’s couch. Disgusted overall

The pictures online and the actual room are not the same. Very smelly, stains all over the bedding, no garbage cans, bathroom smelled of urine, and the list goes on and on. After showing an additional $20 fee was paid when the room was booked online, the person checking us in stated "it didn't show on his side" and demanded another $20 cash be paid before we could stay. We survived maybe 6hrs because we were just too exhausted to continue driving, but we slept in our clothes and tried to sit up as much as we could.

Properly is old and ran down needs alot of improvements Seems like there is no staff but one person and i paid a $39 property fee for what when the place is horrible i made a terrible miatake booking it and i paid $99 a night for the weekend

The room smellef the microwave didn't work the toilet took to long to flush. The walls hole by the shower rack the rug smelled dirty and was taped donw infront of bathroom

I paid online in advance and even paid for plan protection and when I arrived the guy at the desk tried telling me “infants” are an extra $15 a night, even though my son is 3… he claimed he waived it then also he charged me $40 and when I asked for a receipt I never got one so when I check out in the morning I better get my $40 back

When I arrived, even though I had reservations, I was told they were closed or renovation. Fortunately I had a printed copy of my reservation confirmation. After showing the man in the office that, I was provided with a room. I obviously was not one of the renovated rooms. The first morning I was there, when I opened the door to leave, part of the door trim fell off. Only 1 of two lamps had a light bulb in it. The air conditioner barely kept the room semi cool on the highest setting. It had a fridge and a microwave. However, no available receptacle to plug both in. I will not be staying there again.

We sleep in hotels 100 times a year at least…all around USA ….this is by far the worse place ever….this room was given to us …of course we went back and told the office guy about it and they gave us the room next door….floor broken…tv broken….toilet dont flush…water in shower dont drain…humidity smell…everything dated from the 80´s….beds were comfy that its….terrible place…..rooms 116-117

Check in went smooth. Gave me a upgrade but….. if that’s a upgrade can’t imagine the downgrade? Sorry. Needs lots of repairs. Slept good bed was clean .

Stay was very bad lock did not wor properly for door, nats came out of sink and brown water came up from shower and sink drains. Carpet had many stains called front desk several times. Bed had sunk in two bbn places. Had hard time sleeping noise all night fromsecomd floor. Im an avid user of hotels.com app this was a regretful stay.

The property is not well staffed. The property and the room is clean. There was no ice machine or vending machines. The floors had holes in them from the air conditioning condensation, and the bedding wasn't comfortable. The room was not worth the price paid. They charged me an additional fee of $20 per person when I arrived.

Place was filthy. Sheets, bathroom floors. Everything!! We had to place furniture in front of door because wasnt a proper lock on door
