立地もよく設備も綺麗で、部屋も清潔でした。 部屋にマッサージチェアがあるのはとてもよかったです。 周辺に飲食店も多く、コンビニも近いので何かと便利です。

Great

Good modern business hotel at a decent price. Room was a decent size, bathroom was very nice with a bath and both overhead and hose shower. Well situated within walking distance to the castle and very close to the main shopping arcade and tram stop to the Onsen.

Super convenient spot, and the amenities were fantastic as well as the staff.

En plein centre-ville, la localisation est parfaite pour se rendre au château ou aux arcades de commerce voire la gare. L'hôtel est également proche d'une station de tram permettant l'accès au Dogo Onsen. Chambre relativement confortable avec petite desserte pur éventuellement manger en chambre. La salle de bain / douche est également grande. Le petit-déjeuner est servi au café du rez-de-chaussée. De style japonais, il a néanmoins su nous ravir. Si vous venez en véhicule, pas d'inquiétude, l'hôtel a une tour de parking. Cependant, il ne faut pas arriver trop tard car premier arrivé, premier servi.

the sink in my room was not draining properly. I reported to the front desk. The staff came to my room and tried to fix it, but it was unsuccessful. The hotel did not provide any solution or compensation. Apology was made, but no compensation was made. As a hotel operator, you are suppose to provide full services, including the sink. If you are not able to fix the problem, you are expected to provide some kind of compensation.

地點非常好, 逛街. 吃飯都很方便, 沒有免費停車場是唯一缺點, 整體感覺算滿意

Although we booked a twin room for two people, the front desk told us at check-in that it was booked for three people. So there were three beds in the room, and we felt cramped even though we had booked a large room. According to the front desk, this often happens when reservations are made through foreign websites. It was the worst experience.

The room was spacious and clean.

I really enjoyed my one night stay here. The check in staff were very helpful and we had a very pleasant twin room. You select the amenities you want for the room in the lobby- there’s no wastage. The walk to the local shopping street and cable car to the castle on the hill is easy. And there is a tram over the way which we used to get to the Dogo Onsen. The room was fastidiously clean (as most of Japan is) and quiet. Great choice in Matsuyama.

大浴場があればよかった。 あとは申し分無いです。

오카이도를 중심으로 생각한다면 최고의 위치라고 할 수 잇습니다. 근처에 로손이 있으며, 가까운 위치에 맛있는 식당이 있고, 바로 앞에 노면전차 역이 있고, 마쓰야마 성과 같은 관광지도 괜찮은 위치에 있어 여행을 하기 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 가격도 매우 착해 가성비로 이만한 호텔이 없습니다.

룸은 두 명이서 지내기 충분하였고 위치는 오카이도 중심가라 좋았음. 다만 중간에 청소싱태가 조금 별로였고. 직원들은 친절하였으나 영어가능한 직원이 없어 통역기로 의사소통을 해야해서 불편했음
