The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful.

Chambre petite. Très déçue par le petit déjeuner, il n'y avait presque pas de choix et les croissants et le pain n'étaient pas frais, très secs.

En general muy bien, buena ubicación, muy buena atención del personal del hotel. Lo peor que el parking no sea cubierto para resguardar los vehiculos del mal tiempo. La habitación bien, con vistas al rio y hotel céntrico. Totalmente reomendable. Volvería a repetir.

The owner very graciously road with us to get to the parking area behind the hotel. Many streets were blocked because of the very large attendance in Lourdes. She also gave us some great directions as to how to exit the town without getting caught in the congestion. We would definitely stay there again.

très bonne. notamment l'accueil et l'ensemble des prestations. le seul axe d'amélioration serait l'insonorisation. Mais cela est propre à de nombreux hôtels et surtout à la vigilance des clients... J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Je le recommande.
