This hotel is in great condition. The only gripe was that my second floor room was loud.

We stay at least 1 night while visiting family over the holidays. The rooms are nice and comfortable but the location is a little sketchy. It is walking distance from down town area.

We have stayed here three times this year because of Taft College. Its very convenient. The bed and pillows are very comfortable!

Good stay

The decor of the hotel is oil industry themed and even while in drought-ridden central CA there is no signage about water usage (except for the cards that come with the towels). Building has a new-construction smell/feel. Room was comfortable and clean enough, staff were nice.

The pool was green, the hotel has went down hill since it’s been built which I remember when it was built. The walking trail is unsafe due to drug addicts and you’re much better off staying in Bakersfield not that it’s much better. We were only there for a funeral but wanted to spend time by the pool with our grandkids and needless to say this was a Friday with 100 degree temperatures so this pool should have been spotless. The outdoor shower was shut off as well as the outdoor bathroom. All I can say is it use to be the only nice place to stay in Taft. All I can say now is there is no where nice to stay in taft

Toilet bowl was not clean and shower drain is not draining pretty bad.

Very clean and comfortable

Vi tjekkede ind sidst på eftermiddagen og skyndte os i poolen som desværre ikke var renset for blade og insekter. Vi skulle have en hviledag dagen efter på samme hotel men da vi kom ned til poolen var der stadig ikke gjort rent. Så vi måtte igang selv med at få skubbet alle insekterne ind i filtrene som vi så tømte bagefter (for i følge hotellet var poolen som den skulle være). Vi måtte også selv igang med at tørre et bord af som var smurt ind i diverse ting. Jeg konfronterede hotel ledelsen med vores oplevelser og de afviste blankt vores oplevelse og sagde at alt var som det skulle være. Så hotel værelserne er ok og rent men pool området var ikke så pænt. Ledelsen og de øvrige medarbejdere var ikke særlig service mindede eller imødekommende.

We had a wonderful time, we used the pool and the bbq pit at the pool, the front desk was very helpful with all of that :) we definitely be coming back

This property was great and comfortable. Everything was super clean and modern. Amenities were fully stocked.

Hotel was in good condition, easy check-in/out, very quiet for 4th of July (only saw a few other guests), appreciated that they asked me what my floor preference was. A/C worked well, as it was triple digit temps out. Good Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was ok; I’ve been to other locations that had more options (waffle maker would be nice).

We always stay here when we visit my son and his family. We love it. Great rooms, good breakfast & excellent customer service. Wish the rates were lower, but it’s the only decent hotel around.
