I was pleasantly surprised, i freaking love it here ,the staff awesome the area awesome 👌, gym awesome 👌

Everything was almost perfect with the property besides the room, the property need to do some maintenance on the rooms, water stains on the roof, wall paper peeling off , needs a new paint job, the outside of the hotel is not appealing but inside helps out, staff amazing . Service amazing , overall not too much to complain about .

Staff was great place is super nice.I would've gave him five stars, but the jacuzzi wasn't heated, I realize i'm probably the only guy in panama that wants to sit in a hot jacuzzi, but it is what it is that kind of bummed me out.

Was far less than expected. The room hallway had an odor. Some other the lights in the room didn’t work. The shower had old stains.

Hotel is not bad , but for a Marriot in the middle of the city it was still very depressing.. they need to get some LED lighting and light up those floors and the lobby .. Not sure if it’s Panamá itself but this is my 4th time to this country trying to like it but It’s just not sticking . I can’t get over that unsafe feeling..Sorry Panamá

The breakfast was good the view was nice good experience

This hotel needs a renovation over all in public areas. The areas around are terrible, dirty and not feeling safe

Muy mal servicio el serví bar no servía les llamé para decirle que yo uso insulina y si no la refiigero se pierde y me dijeron que no podían atender mi queja porque el hotel estaba lleno, dicho que no era cierto, pedí de cenar un sándwich que efectivamente llevaron con tocino quemado verdura seca

Everything was as pictured. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the city. The rooftop pool was a nice escape. I highly recommend this property. The location was close to everything either within walking distance or a easy cab ride.

No tenían aire en la zona de desayuno, el desayuno sin opciones, la habitación la limpian tarde y no te ponen más agua. El piso de la habitación estaba sucio

Un hotel AC Marriot te hace pensar que será un lugar con instalaciones en buen estado. El Lobby está muy bien, un lindo bar, staff MUY ATENTO y amaihabme y también bien restaurante pero las habitaciones realmente en un estado mal. Las Alfombras sucias -en mi pasillo al menos- y mi habitación en muy malas condiciones de mantenimiento. Realmente una pena pues me he hospedado en otros AC en latam y USA teniendo unas muy buenas experiencias pero el AC de Panamá definitivamente no.

The place was superb and the location was excellent. Great food options right next door on both sides, fast food options only 3 minutes away on foot, downtown minutes away and 2 casinos in walking distance

Property was in a perfect location to 24 hrs shopping and restaurants. At no time did I feel unsafe.

Very nice stay, clean, good area close to train and restaurants/ shopping
