3月に7泊しました。エアコンはついてませんが寒い季節はセントラルヒーティングがついているので快適に過ごせました。 レセプションのスタッフは親切で対応もとても良いですが、お部屋の設備は古く、閉じない扉、汚れが目立つソファなど少し清潔感に欠けました。お掃除も毎日入りますがもう少し綺麗にして欲しいです。 お部屋は広く、立地も最高でまたロンドンに行く時は新しく改装された部屋をリクエストして泊まりたいと思います！ 7泊お世話になりました！

Great location! Easy quick walk to Earls Ct. Underground and a bus stop is also close to the hotel. Room decor was a bit dated- it is planned for renovation soon though. Staff were helpful ,friendly and it was very clean. Kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, milk, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry soap. Also, dishes/glasses and some pans/utensils. This is a VERY old building, the elevator is tiny and old (you close and open the door and gate yourself). It’s quirky. If someone does not close it on the 3rd floor it’s stuck there. So you have to walk up the stairs and check each floor to see where it stopped. You can then get on and take it to your floor or just close it so it will work for others. The staff are very kind and offered to try and find out where it was stuck ( this happened to us twice), but we just took the stairs. The hallways are a bit broken up with doors and steps up and down. We had to go to the 5th floor then go through a few hallways and get to a back stairway and take that down one flight to our fourth floor room. We personally thought it was a fun unique experience, but if you have ANY physical limitations or if you bring huge heavy suitcases on vacation you need to make sure your room/ floor will work. It is not a very accessible building at all! I really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it for the right people. If you are looking for fancy, this is not it! If you are looking for a great location, clean rooms, nice staff, this is perfect!

Very clean and it has everything you would need. Nice set of kitchen ware and we love the big fridge as well as the full-size dishwasher. The laundry machine is small but has a very good dryer as well. As for the windows, it could be updated as strong wind slid the window down slightly and got cold in the middle of the night. Very nice overall.

The place was quiet and clean, and the staff were very friendly, which allowed me to relax comfortably for four days and three nights. I highly recommend it.

As always, No 1 The Mansions by Mansley was amazing! We choose No 1 The Mansions whenever we are in London and we are always so happy with our stay. From the location to the spacious and immaculate apartments to the attentive staff, they are perfect every time. And thank you for the upgrade! The room was clean. The location is very convenient for traveling.

First of all…Aparthotel is definitely the way to go with families. But the Mansley was above and beyond. We walked into friendly, helpful staff, easy check in process and then an apartment that took our breath away. May I highly recommend apartment 2A? I will forever come back to London and stay here. We were so comfortable with all the modern touches and the location was top notch. Thank you again Mansley for showing us your kindness and what an amazing stay it was!

Spotless well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Staff was exceptional. Very convenient to the underground Earls Court station.

Kitchen, washing machine, dryer, large room, location… all good

Wonderful staff, particularly Charlotte on the front desk, so polite and helpful. Flat was lovely L, well situated, quiet, clean, and well stocked.

Apartment was great, not too loud even though next to a street. Only a 5 minute walk to Earls Court Tube station. Easy to find, staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of things on the doorstop although there were already plenty of amenities included in the stay. We would definitely stay again, thanks for a great place to call home for the weekend!

Kitchen fully equipped for cooking, lots of shops nearby and excellent for tube links Lots of space which was amazing Last night of our stay was a really loud party in the apartment below until 0130, which ruined things a little Not sure if would stay again due to the noise

Mycket positivt överraskad! Vår vistelse var utmärkt och allt var otroligt bra. Kommer gärna och stannar igen!

Stor lägenhet på våning 1. Två stora rum med dubbelsäng, ett mindre med två enkelsängar och minsta rummet med 160cm säng. Två av rummen vätter mot den stundtals trafikerade gatan med höga ljud. 3 fräscha badrum och ett komplett kök. Dock skulle städningen kunnat vara bättre och musen som sprang över vardagsrumsgolvet hade man kunnat vara utan.

Highly recommended! When communicating with the staff prior to arrival and during our stay they replied really quick. They were very accommodating and the apartment was very clean. I felt safe in the area. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants across the street that were open until 3 & 4am. Elena gave us a walkthrough of the apartment and answered all questions we may have had. Thank you, for making our stay and 1st time in London a great one!!

Loved the location, it was close to not one but two train stations and was within walking distance to many museums. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean. Could use with a little updating but nothing too serious.
