Front desk staff was rude. This was a big event weekend, I understand but this has also been known since October. The staff was unprepared and taking it out on the guest. Couldn’t check in for well over an hour after check in time.

Good hotel, clean and quite. I would definitely stay again.

Room was not ready an hour after normal check in time. If you are sold out for an event that starts at five you should make sure your guests can make it to the event on time.

No early check in. No remote to open the blinds on the window. Holes in the blind on the window. Scheduled a wake up call with front desk and never received it.

Great location

It’s wasn’t great but also not horrible. Mattress was older and not very comfortable, bathroom vanity was beat up with scars, sink had no stopper and could see that the overflow opening was not clean. Only two towels for three guests. Air control in room didn’t work properly. We arrived late & left early so we made due but it was just subpar really.

Staff was friendly.

Staff is SO friendly and helpful! This is our second time staying and they remembered us when we arrived, greeted us, and made us feel so welcome! Room was great, fresh towels every day, attention to detail! I won't book anywhere else in town!

Both day and night staff were wonderful! Everyone was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed! We extended our stay by one night and staff was great in helping get that done!

Came to visit my daughter at OSU for the weekend. I always have good experience with Holiday inn including this particular branch. The breakfast is nice.

The lady that checked me in was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast host was fun as well and gaves great recommendations like eating the delicious cinnamon rolls that were out

Decent hotel with a slightly better than average continental breakfast.

It was a nice property and a safe stay. I just really can't emphasize enough how you just need to replace the shower curtains when there are black stains on them. It has got to be a minimum expense to Holiday Inn to give an immeasurable amount of comfort and cleanliness to each guest. Of all the places they don't want to see uncleanliness, the bathroom and shower are #1!

Check in started with a clean wonderful smelling lobby and the sweetest and nicest lady checking me in. Over and beyond helpful. Gotta just be one person right… nope, next morning was amazing breakfast, super clean and two more helpful people with big smiles encouraging us to try the cinnamon rolls or the biscuit & gravy & since I was in a hurry, put some in coffee cup and take it to go. They just couldn’t be nicer. Beds comfy, rooms clean, location wonderful, places to eat right there. We travel A LOT… Why can’t EVERY hotel be like this?? Amazing people. I’d stay here over & over except I’d go straight to to hotel next time cause it was $38 cheaper had I skipped the third party. They helped me learn to save money also… this would have been the cheapest option around with and quality above 7 stars had I skipped the third party.

The hotel was conveniently located to the university and had a good breakfast. However, we were disappointed that the room was not serviced at all during our three night stay. We only received new towels.

The bed was amazing. So comfortable.
