Posizione perfetta e camere curatissime, meglio di così impossibile trovare. Ogni dettaglio è stato studiato con cura, bellissimo sia l’appartamento con ampie zone comuni, che le camere, ben arredate, con macchina del caffè Illy, infissi ottimi, materassi e ,enzuola anche. Davvero complimenti!

A lovely comfortable place in the heart of touristy Palermo. My only complaint is there is no warning about the stairs and noone there to help with luggage on arrival. This should be mentioned. Apart from that- great.

Small functional boutique B&B. Room quiet with AC. Only downside was the 50+ steps to the room

The room was very small, but overall B&B is well maintained, the staff is very polite and helpful. The street is in the center, but not very pleasant, lot of restaurants and opened stands, lot of tourists, it looks like not organized market. Convenient location because you don't need a car to visit Palermo landmarks.

From the moment we arrived we had a great time. Our room ‘Norma’ was perfect with fantastic views over Via Maqueda. Lovely Romina was so helpful, making recommendations of restaurants / areas to visit and reservations for us. The facility of nearby parking was really beneficial. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Very comfortable beds, nice and quiet even when the location is at a very crowded restaurant street. It is also good to have almost everything just around the corner. Be aware of all the steps both outside and inside the hotel, no elevator. Not so easy to get info about the key when we had a late arrival and also very poor breakfast the first morning since they did not know we booked with breakfast at all. Very confusing for me and my daughter. In all a quite good little hotel with just a few rooms.

long climb of stairs to reach checjk in no lift

We had a terrible experience. We were given a room knowingly that central AC does not work in that room. We had to sleep first night in 90 degree heat. When asked to fix the AC we were told it was working fine for last guests but we were immediately asked to use the fan in the closet as if they knew. We had to fight to get our room changed next day as at first they told us there is no room available. Second room had a separate split AC unit and NO FAN in the closet :( It happens that sometimes things break but this whole incident seemed more forced on us. We are sure there are other rooms like this as their central AC does not work. Did not get any credit for the first night from host or hotels.com.

Perfekt beliggenhet, flotte store rom med gode senger. Er greit å være klar over at det ikke er heis der, men litt krevende trappegang til høy 2etg. om du har tung koffert. Hotellet er ikke bemannet på kveld/ natt, men oppleves som svært trygt likevel.

As instalações são novas e o apartamento em boas condições, embora o quarto q ficamos fosse bem apertado. O chuveiro não esquentava ou quando esquentava logo esfriava. Tivemos problemas no check in, pois não havia ninguém para abrir a porta da rua quando chegamos e ficamos uns 40 minutos na calçada com as malas até um hóspede chegar e podermos entrar. Não conseguimos contato com a pessoa responsável que veio responder minhas mensagens 3 horas depois. Outro inconveniente para quem vai de carro é que embora fale na descrição da propriedade “estacionamento disponível”, na realidade trata-se de um estacionamento público situado a umas quatro quadras do apartamento. Ou seja, tem q ir com as malas pelas ruas. Como a maioria desses apartamentos nos centros históricos terá que subir uma escadaria com as malas, pois não possuem elevador. O café da manhã era bom. Apesar do problema do check in, o restante do atendimento foi cordial.

It was an amazing stay Impressive place! Romina was an outstanding hostess and so very helpful to make things work out. Palermo would have been more complicated without her help

excellent interior. very clean. small rooms. breakfast at 8 is way too late for most guided tours. centrally located, but very tight rooms and bathrooms good airconditipner, fridge, safe, and closet. steep stairs no elevator. hostess carries bags up.

Trevligt hotell med hjälpfull personal. Rekommenderas!
