The room was basic but spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Bar staff were friendly. We didn't have breakfast so unable.to comment on that. Location was good, not far to walk into the centre and quiet. Some nice bars in the railway arches 2-3 minutes walk away.

깨끗하고 직원들이 친절하며 시내 곳곳을 다닐 수 있는 좋은 호텔입니다. 가까운 곳에서 트램을 탈 수 있고, 각종 식료품과 과일 채소 들을 파는 곳이 있어 이용이 편리 한 곳입니다. 기회되면 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good variety of breakfast buffet. Nice room, however, not fresh washed floor carpet which looks very dirty.

The mattress and pillow could be better but overall the stay was good and I recommend the hotel and I would return on a second time.

Walkable to centre of city. Excellent all round hotel.Building works around the hotel but really couldn't hear any noise. Room spacious & warm but air con worked well.

The toilet smelled which sadly let the whole room down. Otherwise excellent for the price

Das Bad war recht klein und es gab keinen Kleiderschrank. Pro Person gab es nur ein Duschtuch, kein Handtuch zum Hände abtrocknen.

Very clean, spaciuos and quiet room. Tea and sugar available in the room. Very friendly reception staff. Quick and easy check in and check out. The only cons - bathroom door couldnt shut properly and one of the beds was squeeky.

The room smell the moment I walked in. It had a musky smell coming from the bathroom. The body wash and hand soap was not filled up. It had maybe quarter bottle left. The door fell backwards if it isn’t closed all the way. There was construction work going in the morning so it got noise. I don’t think the walls are noise-proof.

Good location, access to public transport.

The hotel is new and modern, only a short walk from the bus and train stations. Just across the road is a tram number 2m which takes you to the National Museum. There is also a number 9 tram that takes you to the zoo. I found the room a little hot and the windows did not open. IBIS breakfast is available from 6 am at a cost of 67 zloties which is very expensive for a Polish hotel. The staff were generally nice, except for one of the male reception desk workers by the name of Konrad!
