Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and responsive to concerns. Free parking Buffet breakfast, included in our room rate, was very good. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cold cuts and cheese, small pastries, fresh bread, raw vegetables and typical Northern European salads, what I think was herring but didn’t have any do not sure, sold cereals, yoghurt and more. We ate dinner at the hotel twice during our week long stay and both meals were very good. Down sides. They played European techno from 7 am to I don’t even know. Our room was VERY small, much smaller than the pictures led me to believe, and the only chair was a beanbag. Fine when I was 18, not so fine when I’m in my 70s. Bed was not comfortable. I’m not likely to visit Vilnius again but if I do I’ll book at a hotel on the edge of old town.

Urban location near to town. Hotel guests are mostly from tennis academy users which is next to the hotel. Parking needs hotel authorisation but is free for guests. Facilities are basic with an ok breakfast spread. Good for business customers.

C’est déjà la deuxième fois à cet hôtel et on l’adore! Tout est parfait: l’ambiance sportive (club de tennis juste en face), la propreté, le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux! Et surtout le personnel. On voudrais dire un grand merci à Marek à l’accueil qui est tellement serviable. On est venu dans la nuit et lui, il nous a amené le lit bébé , le linge pour notre fille. Merci beaucoup Marek!!! On revient c’est sur! Je recommande cet hôtel vivement!

Très propre, stylé, confortable! Le personnel est très serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. On a adoré!

Staff and breakfast

Terrible breakfast, blinds can not make room dark and a quite stupid solution that makes them rattle in the wind. If you have the window open as well something you have to to get in a affair to actually breathe because the air conditioner was not working. Also, the drain in the shower was completely clogged so you can only shower for 30 seconds and then you’ll have to wait an hour, and there is also no hot water as other guests have also said in their reviews for the price of this hotel you can do much better. It’s also in an area between two graveyards that’s in the middle of absolutely nowhere.

Room was clean and breakfast was nice. Stuff is friendly.

This hotel is located in front of a cemetery, not the best view. The water in the shower is not stable, jumping from cold to hot without touching the faucet. Overall, this is a good hotel for the price we paid.

Im Hotel ist es ziemlich laut, die Zimmer bieten kaum Lärmschutz und im Foyer und beim Frühstück im Restaurant kommt man sich vor wie auf einem Bahnhof, denn im Foyer befindet sich auch der Empfang/Anmeldung für ein großes Sportzentrum.
