Ok. Plug in bathroom sink is missing. Table is a low bistro table. Not nice to work on a laptop or eat at it. Totally unsafe WiFi password. Internet very weak. Not sure why the motel feels two small dogs make the room dirtier than one, i.e. charge double without any service (bowl, towel, feet washing option outside).

We thought we found a good deal of a motel room in Hope BC via Hotel.Com. Turns out you get what you pay for. This is a very old motel and the property shows it. Everything are from the 1970's. The decors and the furniture are all 50 years old. It really needed upgrading and renovations.

We were given a welcoming reception by the front desk staff who personally escorted us to our room and came back to help us navigate the television set up. She was polite, cheerful and informative.The Inn is an older property and in need of some upgrades but everything was in working condition and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a new mini fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. It was also large and well furnished with a table and two chairs, sofa and dresser. Our registration/receipt was ready on our arrival and our check out was simply a matter of returning the key. We enjoyed our stay.

Was my first stay in hope and this staff was friendly the rooms was clean, older but still very comfortable beds . As I had a family room with 3 beds . No kitchen but microwave and coffee . I definitely would go back when in town for sports

This property is dated but is in the renovation process. Check-in was fast; staff extremely helpful to the point of offering to help unload my car. As a solo senior traveler, I would stay here again.

No water in the pool. Comfortable bed. Warm, safe and relaxing.

Clean room friendly staff moutions views around area

Slumber Lodge was probably great in 1970; however, it lacks some of the finer qualities of a motel/hotel in the 21st century. If you just need a place to sleep for a couple of days it fits the bill. Staff were helpful and the room was clean. The AC unit was rusted and needed repair as were some of the other amenities but it served our purpose.

Easy check-in & the room was clean. We were just really disappointed that the pool was drained of water & unusable because we specifically chose it for that reason.

I have the family room for 4 adults. Room is clean, beds are comfortable. All in all good.

When we go over they have dog hairs in room not good cleaning

This is a budget motel, but while dated/run-down, the room was clean and quiet. The mattress was clearly newer, and very comfortable. The property was tidy, and felt safe. My only complaint is that the pool was not available, which wasn’t a big problem, but would have been nice to know when booking, not when arriving. I would stay here again.

I was disappointed to find there was no hot water and no windows that I could open. I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work either.

The internet in room was very poor. A very old property that has had no upgrades. It was so bad that I left and found a much nicer room!

This was the most rundown and outdated hotel I've ever seen. Staff are friendly enough but I will never stay here again.

Simple room but clean and easy process.

Room was clean. Wifi good. Good location. Lobby cluttered and dirty. Pool closed and cluttered with trash and dirty flower pots chairs.
