Convenient location in old building. Beds were comfortable and clean, good shower. Facilities were old, threadbare carpet. Pleasant staff. A fine place to stay for a night, not sure about longer.

Confirm if your room has a/c. We were a family of five and booked one of the apartments in the summer. We were surprised to learn the apartment had no air conditioning for cooling. But 3 fans were useful. But not for the price were rented the apartment for.

Hotel room did not appear as in the photo and was severely dated, with low quality bathroom and fit out. Whilst the did change this after multiple requests the room was made up as a twin rather than a double. Travel iron was in room, but no where to place it bar the floor Breakfast had limited options if you did not want a fry up and was served in a basement beneath some very low ceiling steps. I had to take my case down the steps to check in so would not rate the accessibility for this hotel Air conditioning unit was modern and worked well

Charming period hotel in a great location. The accommodation was spacious and welcoming. We had an unexpected bonus of an ensuite terrace with a table and chairs to relax after a long day of site seeing. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfasts were excellent.

Great room with loads of space and close to all the theatres. Kind staff.

The management and staff were all friendly, welcoming, helpful and hard-working. Although our top floor room was a bit worn in spots, the room was cleaned very well and had fresh towels every day (good exercise going up the stairs!).The breakfasts were tasty and substantial, so that we didn't have another full meal until dinner. The street was sometimes noisy at night (earplugs help), but the location is fantastic! It is an easy walk to so many sites, the West End theatres, and to train and tube stations. The Bloomsbury squares near the Morgan Hotel are amazing. If we came back to London, we would stay here again. We say a big thank you to the marvellous staff.

Check in was supposed to be at 2pm. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. We came back at 2 and the room was still not ready. We waited until 2:30 and still not ready. We left for some planned reservations and came back late. Our luggage stayed at the hotel in the breakfast area. We finally got to the room which was in a 2nd building and upstairs. There are no elevators. It appeared someone had gone through our luggage because things were moved. The room was spacious and clean.

Very conveniently located near to the airport being six minute drive. The room was quite small and a kettle was provided but no cups, coffee or tea. Loads of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant had excellent food.

The Morgan Hotel was perfectly situated near the British Museum and a couple blocks from transit stations. The staff were very helpful during check-in. Morning breakfasts were exceptional and gave us a great start for exploring London. Nicely spacious rooms with really nice amenities, including tea and coffee. We would definitely return.

Older property but in an excellent location for sights, food, theatre, shopping. Close to public transport but walkable to most attractions. The breakfast provided is very generous and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Handy to Elizabeth Line and theatre district.

Good location, comfortable clean bed. Narrow steep stairs, small room, small bathroom. Aircon in room 7 sounds like it has marbles in, not much sleep at all, couldn't turn aircon off as heater you could not control was on and could not open window. Breakfast on a Sunday finish’s at 9.30

We love the location of The Morgan Hotel. This was my third stay there. The service was good and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very small but that may be typical for London - I don’t know because I’ve always stayed at The Morgan when visiting London. The rooms appear to need a little updating & refreshing. But overall I was happy with my stay.

Quaint little hotel steps from the British Museum. Friendly and accommodating staff. I felt right at home. No lift. The bed was comfortable and well maintained.

The staff there were very nice, very comfortable in our room & just the right for my husband & myself. Very convenient for the shows and dining. Would love to go again.

If you’re able to haul your luggage up some stairs, this is a modest but great base to explore London. Close to public transport. Made to order breakfast, all the way up to a full English if you want, is included. Shows its age a bit and bathroom is a bit small but it’s a good value.
