Great place to go with kids

The team were extremely approachable with any questions, even helped with ideas of where to go next, it was fun for all ages and a well positioned for daily adventures, it was like we were staying at a mates place.

Amazing stay and quite possibly one of the best accommodations I've experienced. Friendly atmosphere,beautiful property and perfect location to enjoy the country.

This place is a gem! The owners live onsite and obviously love the place. There are heaps of very tame animals, like alpacas, chickens, sheep, miniature Irish donkeys, and very cuddly kangaroos. The chalets have everything that I needed, including a washing machine and a decent kitchen.

What a wonderful few days! The grown ups got as much enjoyment from our stay at the cottages as the kids. Andrew and Jules are incredible hosts who really go a long way to make you feel right at home, in their property. Thank you Andrew and Jules, we will certainly be looking to get back down as soon as we can!!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and given all sorts of good suggestions on what to spend our time doing. Made a big difference to our holiday. Kids loved the pool and pool table. I loved the bush walks and smell of the forest.

A fantastic getaway for the family, travelled with one child under 3 and was pleased with the location, amenities, safety and privacy the Cottages provided. Andrew and Jules provided a travel cot (without additional charge) a great range of toys, puzzles and dvds already in our Cottage that proved invaluable when we all needed a quiet afternoon inside. Really enjoyed the bushland walks behind the cottages and the quiet despite having a few families staying at the same time. The two separate bedrooms were very large and the kitchen had great facilities.

Andrew and his family are very welcoming and they made our stay very warm and comfortable.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. We were a group of ladies and the bed configuration worked well. Top quality linen, well equipped kitchen , in lovely surroundings.

Beautifully renovated cottage with amazing attention to detail. Wonderful peaceful location beside National Park with beautiful flora, birds and kangaroos and still close to town & major roads.

Special thanks to Andrew and Jules for being such great hosts! Their daughter Bella, and twin sons Jonah and Maximus are so friendly and adorable. They made my family's stay fabulous. Before my trip, Andrew texted me to offer tips for my trips. He specially brought my daughter to feed his lambs that he had recently adopted (my daughter specially mentioned that it was the most memorable event in throughout the stay). There is a play ground with a cubby house which my daughter love playing at. The cottage is newly renovated and its very comfortable. Step out of it at 6am and we found Kangaroos having their breakfast with sun rise as the backdrop. Its awesome! At night, Andrew started a small campfire for guests gather for chit chats and Andrew offered my daughter some marshmallow for BBQ too! Margaret River Holiday Cottage is only minutes away from many places of interest. Highly recommended!

How good is this place! Where do I start...great hosts, calling to find out family ages to pre stock cottage with games etc. Great advice, starting the fire pit for us to enjoy after a long day sight seeing, the list goes on! Amazing service, great cottage and awesome area. Just great, many thanks.

Gayle, the Manager of Margaret River Holiday Cottages is extremely helpful and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed - thank you! Cottage was clean, tastefully decorated and well supplied. Bed is comfortable too. I will definitely come back with the whole family.

The holiday to the cottage started with a very friendly welcome and easy checkin. We found the cottage to be a little dated, but still very comfortable. It was a very hot day, but with the air con the cottage was a pleasant temperature. The kids enjoyed the pool, and there are plenty of fun things to see and do in the area. The cottages are out of town to make it feel like a country stay, but still less than a 10 minute drive, so not far away.
