We stayed in the Pay Office cottage and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was generously stocked so we had what we needed to start our days well. The complimentary wine let us finish the day just as well. The location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding wineries. We would definitely stay again. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no wi-fi available and cell phone coverage is spotty.

Our check in experience began with a friendly welcome at Reillys Cellar Door and a wine tasting. Our room, Pulford, was cozy and welcoming with the air con doing a great job on the 42 degree day it was. The complimentary wines was a lovely surprise and the fridge was fully stocked with everything we needed for a delicious breakfast. It would have been good to have a knife suitable for cutting apples, tomatoes, etc. All in all, it was a lovely accommodation.

The little cottage is cosy and inviting. The breakfast supplies were amazing and very generous.

Bit of privacy issues other guests from cottages were using our area/pouch walkway and very low water pressure in shower.

Our two biggest gripes are small, but did impact our stay 1. Most if not all the fly screens where either, missing or damaged, so you couldn't leave the door open, or a window up without letting in bugs or mozzies. 2. the 1/4 turn taps in the shower and the shower head. The shower head needed to be moved to take a shower, then tilted back to the wall to stop siphoning.

We had a lovely stay at Reillys Wines Heritage Cottages in Mintaro. The cottage has a charming, rustic feel, and we especially loved the fireplace—it made the evenings so cosy. The wine tasting at Reillys Wine Cellar was excellent, with some great local drops. Breakfast was a nice touch too—everything provided, including local bacon, fresh eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, fruit, juice, and milk. Very generous and much appreciated. Parking was easy, and the location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Magpie and Stump Hotel for a meal or a drink. The whole area is steeped in history, with beautiful old cottages and churches all around. You’re also close to the rest of the Clare Valley, with its stunning scenery and some great restaurants nearby. That said, I do think the cottage could benefit from a bit of a refurb to freshen things up—it’s full of character, but starting to feel a little tired. Overall, it’s a great base for exploring the Clare Valley and soaking up the heritage and charm of Mintaro

Hubby and I loved this quaint town and the lovely accommodations. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A few steps to the local pub and wine tasting meant we didn't have to worry about driving. We regretted not staying for longer.

Excellent accomodation. Loved it! Enjoyed wine tasting there and the pub is just across the road. Superb breakfast items. Really cute town and I highly recommend this accommodation

We stayed 2 nights in Priest’s Cottage. It was lovely- clean, pot belly fire, fabulous Brekky provisions, really comfy bed and very quiet. Can’t fault it. It is very good value.

Well appointed cottage room with a great breakfast selection. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Room was a little dark as it is an old cottage but there was space to sit outside. Julie was fantastic, really helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend!
