酒店很大，很多休憩空間及設施，就是沒有洗衣設施，這點對溫泉酒店來說，是比較少有，而且房間比較細，也是令人失望

ベットと布団でそれぞれ寝られて、 スタッフの方の挨拶がとても良かった

喫煙ルームがきれいで意外とくつろげる

テーブルの間隔がもう少し欲しかった。 お寿司のマグロの握りは美味しかった。

入住了兩晚，房間很好很整潔，但自助早晚餐款式較少，連續兩天都完全一樣。

餐食優秀選項多，服務人員親切有耐心

주변에 편의점이 없는게 아쉬웠고 나머지 시설은 만족합니다

All staff were so kind.

犬と泊まれ　他の客にも気兼ねなく宿泊できました また　周囲は高原になっており　犬も散歩ができ喜んでいました 温泉も広く　とても満足しました

Food service was excellent

Love the staff. They tried their best to speak English, and are extremely friendly. We got a few things from the souvenir shop, which was great to bring as gifts for friends and family. The room was spacious. I book a remodeled room but the bathroom seemed a bit outdated. The food was fine for what they had. The relaxation room was great with free ice cream, soda and tea. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

旅館大，房間亦很大及舒適，溫泉有不同選擇

お部屋も広々としていてゆっくりできました。浴衣は自分の気に入った柄を選べるので嬉しいです。　お食事はバイキングビュッフェなので好きなものを選べてお子さん向けのメニューもあり良かったです。また行きたいです。

また来たいと思いました

A nice hotel!

Enjoyable family friendly atmosphere. Great natural surroundings, including Tazawa Lake. Short drive from some other sites including Kakunodate’s Samurai District.

レイクリゾートと言うのに湖から離れた山の中だった
