The location is great for the family traveling. This is a safe neighborhood with a supermarket, restaurants, and transportation network very close by. The staff are very helpful and nice. The breakfast and the dining experience were great! Both of our rooms were identical and were not big, but good enough to balance our budget to rest, refresh, and to access major attractions in Paris. After all, we are thankful for this choice!

Hôtel ou je dors souvent depuis des années. Tout le personnel est avenant et sympathique: directeur, adjoint, responsable accueil et personnel d’accueil. Idem pour le restaurant. De plus au pied du Tram T2. Je recommande sans réserve

L’hôtel est très bien situé, très bien desservi. Nous sommes venus en famille c’était top. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Le seul point négatif pour ma part serait la salle de bain, y en a pas en fait, elle est dans la chambre avec un rideau qui sépare.

Book for 3 person. The bed bank no duvet only thin sheet- so my son feels very cold throughout the night. room very small no enough space to put your luggage . No kettle inside the room so you have to go down in main reception to ask for the hot water. Me and my friend ask for the 2 hair dryer since we are in different rooms . The reception name- Sara said we can share, although there is 3 more hair dryer available in front of us, she said if she give 1 more there is no more to give later. She also not pleasant not even say thank you when we handed the key when we check out. The only good thing the property is around the different good restaurants and there is a grocery store just walking distance .

Estoy infinitamente agradecida con todo el personal de este hotel, en especial con John y la señorita Angel, mi mamá se puso muy mal de salud y me ayudaron a llamar a los servicios médicos, me apoyaron en la traducción y gracias a ellos mi mamá sigue con nosotros. !Gracias 🙏! Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos ahí. Habitación muy limpia, el servicio bueno. Y el tranvía a la salida del hotel.
