Each morning started with the most deluxe breakfast spread with delicious and fresh salmon, eggs, bacon and sausage, grilled vegetables. An assortment of breads, croissants of different kinds then your variety of cheeses and cold cuts… absolutely fabulous. From there, each room was cleaned every morning and replenished with a complimentary bottle of champagne. The staff was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and helped us with any daily tour guide assistance. The free use of the daily spa was over the top, an amenity that set the bar for any hotel we find in the future. The rooftop pool and fitness room with the views out to the Mediterranean ocean was just paradise. This hotel easily is on the top of our list and the price was amazingly reasonable. Our room had an ocean view and we were so blown away. If you are looking for a place at Platja D’Aro I would recommend this hotel a thousand times. It was truly fantastic. After a week in Barcelona and walking around all day in the City, a retreat to Costa Brava and the Cosmopolita just put the finest bow around an incredible experience in Spain!!!

Beautiful spa hotel right on the beach. It was just perfect! The town, the area, hands down one of the best around!

Initial impressions walking into reception was great. Helpful staff. Allowed us to leave our bags with them as we were early. Overall, room was spacious, modern and clean. However, the shower gels, shampoo and conditioner were all over a year pass their expiration date. There was a permanent loud whirring noise which we could not identify the noise of which reception staff were not interested in when raised. It was loud to the point it was difficult to sleep. Also, I’m not sure if it was the room location (122) but at 03:45 in the morning there was the loudest banging heard from what I assume may be an early morning delivery. It was not a restful night. The included spa facility included in booking were not clear this was just a 1 hour slot which had to be booked, however fortunately it was not busy. However, the claimed hot tub was nowhere to be found. The steam room was out of order, the hydro therapy pool was half working and the Turkish baths cold, hence why it was not busy! Given the above, I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to others. It does not live up to the claimed facilities and standards of a 4 star hotel. Out of date shampoos, only partially operating spa, the breakfast was good however.

Hôtel très agréable donnant sur la plage de Playa d'Ajo. Chambre très propre, petit déjeuner exceptionnel, Nous avons pu profiter du roof top avec piscine et lits balinais. Dommage que nous n'ayons pu aussi essayer le spa par manque de temps car il y a tellement à voir sur cette ville!!!

Wonderful staff, clean and lovely breakfast.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel pour notre premier voyage en amoureux. Le personnel a été très accueillant et attentionné, avec plusieurs personnes parlant français, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et la vue était magnifique. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche des restaurants et des commerces. Une expérience inoubliable, nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

Propre, personnel serviable et très à l'écoute. Le petit déj continental est excellent et la situation bord de mer superbe. Le rooftop avec sa piscine est un plus.

Très bon séjour.Situation de l’hôtel parfaite. Nous avons apprécié le spa, la piscine avec sa superbe vue dominante Personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité. Chambre très bien insonorisée. Bref un très joli moment dans cet endroit.

Nous avons eu la surprise, au moment de notre départ, de devoir payer le parking. Nous étions au courant pour la caution du bip mais pas du tarif journalier.

Everything was good and we had no issues. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive. Location was fantastic. My only comment I have is about the shower in the bathroom. Very nice bathroom with everything you need except as in the European way there is no shower on the wall just a handheld shower head by the beautiful tub. Even a half enclosure. But for North Americans a bit of a challenge. You have to sit in the tub to used the shower head. Otherwise great.

Fantastic customer service! Lovely beach, only thing is I would have loved more vegan options for breakfast etc.

Hôtel conforme a la description , très bien placé a 300 mètres du boulevard principale ou se trouve tous les commerces la mer se trouve à quelques mètres de l'hôtel chambre très propre nous avons eu le droit a 1 h de spa gratuit, à l'arrivée on nous a proposé d'être en chambre surclassé pour le même tarif , pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner continental il est juste exceptionnel,
