Long waits to get

My only issue was the valet parking charge i accrued was $68 per night when i was advised online when booking at the rate is $38 per night which is normal price in the city. The second issue was being told that i could not use tap to pay with apple pay when i checked in but when i checked out there was a restaurant charge and they had no issue allowing to tap to pay at that point. I just feel misled, Also the restaurant can use a little more consistency in staff training as on two different occasions items ordered were forgotten and we had to bring to the Servers attention.

Super friendly staff; very clean room; and perfect location. Will DEFINITELY stay again and HIGHLY recommend!

hotel had poor room ac unit. leaked water on all our stuff, restroom had poor water pressure for toilet, room had huge pillar effecting window view, lacked light, staff was unamused to be there, except valet staff they were very friendly and professional - centrally located to all essentials

The hotel was a fabulous location, and very efficient staff. I have, however never stayed inna room that had so little lighting. Putting on makeup was difficult.

I booked a water view room and they gave me a room that did not have a window at all and they excuse was that the room that I requested has AC issue even though it was early April and we did not need AC. We got there late at night and the only parking they have is a valet parking and the person in charge told me I have 3 minutes to unload because he wants to go home!!!! I travel a lot domestically and internationally for over 40 years and this was the worse hotel and experience that I ever had.

Be careful about paying extra for a Superior Water View room. They aren't nicer room, and you can't open the blinds. The window was roasting hot and it wasn't even 70 outside. Our room was 76 when we got there and the AC couldn't bring it down. We ended up downgrading and changing rooms. They were VERY Helpful and accommodating though. The manager brought me new keys herself etc. We noticed outside it you looked up, that entire wall of rooms had their blackout blinds pulled. Considering the rooms only have two small reading lamps .. opening the blinds would be necessary. I'm glad we downgraded our room. There is no self parking and valet was $70 a day. So I likely wouldn't stay here again considering everything.
