Strong Location, Parking & Staff on the other hand Suite Condition & Cleaning Service Needs Improvement. The hotel’s locution is good. The parking was excellent, spacious, well lit, and easy to access. Big plus for drivers. Check-in/out was smooth and quick. Front desk staff were welcoming, respectful, and professional. Breakfast had excellent variety and good quality, with a very helpful staff member at the entrance. We’re Expedia Platinum and asked if there is any free upgrades? They offered an executive suite upgrade for nearly half our booking cost. We accepted for the space. The suite was spacious with a good view, but furniture felt old and unstable. Curtains were oversized and heavy, and windows were set very high, making light & view management awkward. Biggest issue was cleanliness. Dust in corners, bathroom didn’t feel sanitized, and the bed had a smoke odor on sheets & pillows despite a non-smoking room. Housekeeping was polite but took over an hour for fresh linens. With “do not disturb” on, no one offered cleaning or mini fridge refills. A dish outside our door sat for two days. The garden is nice but guests weren’t allowed to sit there at night. A clearer notice at check-in would help. Staff attitude was excellent; issues are about systems &maintenance.

This hotel was nice, beds were soft and comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. Tried to call ahead of time but no one at the hotel would answer, upon arrival they explained that nobody answers the phones except during specific times in the morning. They said that they have a dedicated operator, and that front desk cannot answer the phones. They had the rooms we needed, but they were not cleaned and they had no one there that could clean the for us. So we settled for other rooms. The guys outside parking the cars were very friendly and helpful, hardworking. The pool was dirty.

The cleanliness of the room and the toilet was not of the required quality, and at the level of a 5-star hotel.

Lovely hotel, rooms great size and food excellent, especially breakfast. Only downside was the rooms were freezing and it didn’t matter what I did could not get any warm air in the room

I have stayed here twice and will again in Hail. Absolutely huge rooms and well appointed. Since the previous stay, the maintenance has not kept up. Gym and spa fixtures were out of order. Parking is not organized. Disposal of room service is delayed.
