Pas de sanitaire individuel. Salle de bains et wc pour 4 chambres... literie très moyenne. Moquette sol tachée. Ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles. Au moment du séjour, travaux au 2ème étage.. donc bruit à partir de 9 h. Hôtel vétuste. Quant au petit déjeuner rien d’extraordinaire. On paye surtout le fait que ce soit ds un quartier résidentiel. Lion du centre ville.bref, a côté de la maison de V.Hugo , petit hôtel 2 étoiles avec jardin peu et tarifs corrects. ( Le palomina)

Mis à part le hall d'entrée qui laisse croire à un établissement récent, la chambre est spartiate, moquette au sol sale, pas d'ascenseur pour monter les valises. Le petit déjeuner est primaire et est à prendre dans un autre établissement à 100m entre 7h et 9h30 maxi. Cependant, l'espace salle d'eau et les toilettes sur le palier (juste un lavabo dans la chambre) sont nettoyés chaque jour ainsi que la chambre

Reception und Frühstück sind ca. 80 Meter entfernt im Abbey Court Hotel. Die Hotelzimmer sind eher klein und erinnern an London-Verhältnisse, die meisten Zimmer sind nur mit Gemeinschaftsbad und die Räume sind hellhörig. Insgesamt aber ordentlich sauber und das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich, besonders das englische auf Bestellung. Service war ok.

Bad experience stay at that guests house

We are having an extended holiday thanks to the weather in uk but we are having no problems with staying at the Grisnoir. I know it’s out of season but the owner and staff could not have done more to accommodate us. Thank you. We are on a b&b stay and The bed is large and comfy and the food is excellent, we would certainly come again. There are also washing and drying facilities available in the guest house. A very enjoyable stay.

Basic but clean and comfortable, no complaints. Nice bathroom

The beds were terribly uncomfortable - the 'shared' bathroom experience was a nightmare. We seemed to be sharing with permanent renters who used the property like a share house - the price was comparable to our London hotel stay at the Marriott but nothing close to the same experience.

I was booked to stay at Grisnoir but on arrival was told that as it was busy (Liberation Day) and I had been booked elsewhere ! I ended up in El Tabora B & B which was quite a bit further away from town with very limited parking, although I was lucky to find one space. El Tabora was basic, but comfortable and the manager was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade naar een andere kamer in het bijbehorende hotel. Een mooie kamer, van alle gemakken voorzien en prettig uitzicht over de achtertuin. Het ontbijt ‘s ochtends is meer dan uitstekend; simpel buffet en uitgebreide kaart met warme gerechten (poached eggs waren overheerlijk). Het is een kleine wandeling naar de haven, maar de bus stopt bijna voor de deur en rijdt bijna om de 5 minuten. Leuke pub om de hoek voor een hapje en drankje

Property was a bit tired and dated but staff are friendly and can’t do enough to help the room and communal areas were very clean

Room below par, exposed wire in ceiling, light rose hanging from ceiling, could not easily get to drawers in cabinet, room crowded, did not enjoy having shower and toilet exposed in bedroom. It was just about tolerable. Breakfast provided in building 700 yards away down narrow path on side of main road, parking for car disastrous. However, breakfast fine, bed OK.

we stayed in the annex. this room we had was very, small, cold , no working main lights,no on suite bathroom, toilets had a smell?, no other room was available.it was listed as a three star hotel.

Simple guest house nice facilities. Hotel in good condition. Staff very accomdating, printed my online check in for me. Free airport shuttle very good and handy.

I was in Guernsey with my girlfriend for the marathon in late August and stayed at the Grisnoir Guesthouse for five nights. The location, as you can see on the map, is up a hill a bit from the St Peter Port, which I liked because it made it easy to get to the beaches on both sides of the island. The room and facilities were very clean, the hotel has excellent breakfast, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there is a service to pick you up and drop you off at the airport, which I found exceptionally nice. This guesthouse was the most reasonably priced accommodation I could find during the bank holiday weekend, and I was glad we stayed there. One thing worth mentioning: we stayed in room 8, which is on the street and therefore a bit loud from traffic noise. Also footsteps from the room above are quite noticeable when people are walking around. So if I stayed there again, which I would if I ever went to Guernsey, I'd try to get a room on the top floor away from the street, even if it meant paying a bit more.

Court séjour d'une nuit en famille. Le réceptionniste de l’hôtel principale fût très serviable et sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Arrêt de bus proche (pour aller en ville rapidement).

Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, leider sehr hellhörig. Gutes Frühstück.

Room clean, but decoration a bit dated. Bed clean and comfortable. Good breakfast served from there hotel over the road.

Lovely hotel. I had a great visit from the start to the finish. Ian picked me up from the airport and gave me some information about himself and the local area. The room was nice and clean and close to the bathroom (good for middle of the night trips). The hotel itself is about a mile (maybe a little more) from the harbour but if you get your timing right, you can get the shuttle down there. Breakfast was delicious with many things to pick from. For the price, I thought things would be very basic, but I was very surprised.. I would definitely stay there again. To be honest, my partner and I are already planning next year's visit.

The guesthouse was located a short walk uphill from town. The room itself was clean and tidy, but showing its age. The hallways were a bit dingy, though. The bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were spotless. The wifi was reliable. Check in was quick over at the abbey court building. Breakfast was fine.

Small, cozy, but clean and in a great location. Breakfast was extremely lovely with made to order meals of a very large proportion and great variety.
