We stayed in a handicap accessible room. The flip down shower seat and the shower floor were very slippery. This can be resolved by putting non skid on the floor and chair. Also the bathroom wa not cleaned well after the last guest stayed,there was hair in the shower.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Hotel itself was a little run down the rooms need an update.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was super clean and very central to the places I needed to get. I will say one day a housekeeper entered my room. They knocked but I found it a little disconcerting. Other than that I had a great stay.

Great Hotel

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Bed was super comfortable.

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is nice for a typical 3-4 star hotel. They have a restaurant with a menu style breakfast.

I arrived late and went straight to bed. It was clean and comfortable. I was well rested for my conference the following morning.

Just a gross hotel covering up the dirty with tacky decor. There was mold in my room.

The bedsheets on the bed and the pillows smelled like old man. As if someone had already slept in the bed and no one changed the linens. One towel seemed to have been used but rolled up as decoration. It also smelled like the bed. I didn't call down to have them change the bed sheets etc because i was only staying one night and I got to my room late on Christmas night. I just slept in my clothes on the only pillow that didn't smell. Very surprised as I've stayed at many Marriotts.

Love that it was quiet, bed comfortable but not the pillows. Great bathroom amenities except missing lotion. Super cleaned and spacious bedroom. We checked in on the 24th of December seems the person working at the front desk wasn't too happy, no smile or welcome just like hurry up check in and leave me alone.. Sad the breakfast restaurant was closed and it was hard to find any place on tje area to eat since almost everything was closed.

The hotel was fine. I think it was a bit misrepresented in the photos and reviews. The pool and hot tub area were dirty. There were dead bugs all around the hot tub and a cockroach in the pool. The shower had hair in it and there were crumbs on the rug in our room. Also, be aware there is no complimentary breakfast. It was my fault I assumed, but it’s good to know. The front desk staff were very friendly, however. Overall, ok but not what I was expecting for the price.
