After an 18 hour flight, super tired, I had to deal with an issue for malfunctions of the air conditioner. It wan’t working well, the room was extremely humid and couldn’t sleep that night. The room phone didn’t have a directory, so I had to go do down to the receptionist three times to address the issue, very disappointed.

We enjoyed the pool daily. The hotel was not that well located for us as it was a longer walk to the Main Street than we would have chosen or have previously experienced. After full days of walking Barcelona we would have appreciated a much better located hotel.

L’emplacement est bien, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il y avait même une coquerelle dans la salle de bain - pas très agréable!
