Room was beautiful and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming.

スタッフの方は大変ご親切でした。 ミディアムのお風呂のシャワーがゆるく、お湯が出なかったのが残念でした。 洗面台の流しも詰まっていたのか、流れず、時間をおいてから歯磨きをしました。 リーズナブルでお部屋は古いので想定内でした。 駅まで歩ける範囲内で、静かな場所で、川の流れも感じられました。 新しいお部屋で、ご飯付きでまた利用できたら違うかもしれません。 お世話になりました。

Amazing place. Can't recommend this enough

昭和の余韻と、静かな贅沢。箱根温泉・遊心亭♨️ 箱根温泉♨️ 遊心亭 箱根湯本駅から 送迎バスで約10分。 山奥にひっそりと佇む、大人の隠れ宿。 昭和を感じる和室に、ふかふかの布団。 チェックインすると、 和室のテーブルに用意された 箱根の銘菓「ちもとの湯もち」とお茶。 びっくりするほど美味しくて、 この時点でもう心を掴まれる。 掛け流しのお風呂は全部で3つ。 すべてプライベート個室なので、 刺青があっても安心して入れるのが本当に嬉しい。 しかも一晩中入浴OK。 個室に置かれた、 さりげなく高価な椅子。 こういう“本物”へのこだわりが、静かに伝わってくる。 そして、 懐石料理が最高でした。 美しい器に、 お洒落で、丁寧で、ちゃんと美味しい。 ただ食べるだけじゃなく、 愛でる時間。 椅子にこだわりがある宿は、 やっぱり間違いがない。

The staff is so incredibly helpful, the room is very traditional Japanese with Tommy mass and show G screens in its own private bath but there’s also three other hot water spring baths in the general area. Highly recommended

Gorgeous stay- the staff are wonderfully attentive, the facilities are gorgeous, and breakfast/dinner is massive and delicious. I stayed in a Japanese style room with a shared bathroom, which only really entails a shared shower facility (the rooms have a basin and toilet), which was extremely comfortable. The onsen facilities (three available) are available most of the day, and are privately booked in 40-minute increments, which as a solo traveler I found pleasant to have my own space. There is a short walk from the bus station to the hotel, somewhat uphill, so accessibility wise I recommend for people with a comfortable mobility as I do not believe there is an elevator. I was given a lovely yukata for the stay, which I really enjoyed. I got half board, which was beyond worth it- the quantities for both breakfast and dinner are *massive* and absolutely delicious. Overall, my stay at Yushintei was a highlight of my trip and I hope to return next time I am in Japan/Hakone.

El servicio ha sido espectacular. Las personas del alojamiento han tenido un trato impecable y muy servicial. Tuvimos cena kaiseki y desayuno tradicional, todo estaba muy bien preparado y presentado. ¡Una experiencia increíble!

Great room with outdoor bath!

Appena arrivata mi ha colpito molto la gentilezza del personale che mi ha spiegato la possibilità di accedere per 40 minuti di un Onsen ad uso privato, ho poi avuto una deliziosa cena in una stanza privata in cui ogni portata è stata spiegata accuratamente. Ho dormito nel mio futon appoggiato sul tatami addormentandomi con il solo rumore del ruscello che scorre di fronte al ryokan. Se posso dare un suggerimento, i phon dell’onsen possono essere migliorati

Great staff and amazing amenities

Excellent! Had a great time staying at Yushintei. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Love the private onsen, can relax and enjoy after a long day out. The only downside is they don’t have an in-house restaurant. It would be perfect!

There are several bating rooms which all are used as a private spa. Bleak fast wasn’t served unless pre booked.

Excellent location and onsen!

The hosts were so welcoming and nicely explained everything to us. We felt the hospitality for sure! Room was beautiful and the open air bath was just perfect! The breakfast was so delicious! I would stay here again
