Korina Gallery Hotel is absolutely stunning. We were upgraded to a suite which had a beautiful view over Vathy harbour. I would describe this as a luxury boutiqe hotel. Lots of lovely little details like the bedding and having acess to a gorgeous pool. The staff and owners were very friendly and able to provide great advice about which beaches are best etc. Breakfast was a traditional greek selection of breads, meats, cheese, fruit honey and the best yoghurt I've ever tasted all set in a grand dining room with views over the harbour. There was the option to sit on the balcony for breakfast and also a cook who would make eggs how you liked. All in all a very peaceful stay, a short stroll into Vathy Harbour and all it had to offer.

Travelers beware: this is not a real 4-star property. It is in a modest town where there really are no luxury properties. This seemed to stand out on line and appeared to be an upscale boutique hotel. Not so. The folks are nice, but the hotel it is really not even on a par with a nice room in a Holiday Inn. I know. I live in NYC and have traveled extensively. Nice pool, comfy beds, yes, but there are glaring issues of disrepair. Our "deluxe suite" had no working AC on a night where it had been over 100 degrees. We opened windows, but it did not help, and we were unable to sleep at all. Management did not tell us from the outset, and my Greek companion learned about it the next morning from someone working in the hotel. Other examples: free parking = unprotected parking on a narrow street (good luck!); hotel bar = partially-stocked affair lacking such "luxury" items as coca-cola, orange juice, ice, etc. when we asked for them after checking in; molding the length of the bedroom door in our suite fell off repeatedly... Please don't waste your money. 300 Euros is the salary many Greeks earn for an entire month. When I talked about this hotel to local Greeks, they laughed at the notion of paying this for a room in this town.

Lovely boutique Hotel 2 mins from the marina in Vathy, the owners and staff are wonderful and accommodation is perfect. Would not hesitate to rebook if I get the chance.

Tutto meravjgliosamente perfetto, cura della camera, pulizia, posizione, mille cose per nn farti mancare nulla, spazi enormi con salotto etc, cortesia del proprietario insomma una reggia!!!

This hotel doesn't look much from the outside but it's so lovely inside - really homely yet has a certain 'grandness' about it. There are only 8 rooms but it really is charming - and only a 2 minute walk to the front at Vathy. The pool is only small but it's a nice place to sit and read or have a nice cooling dip.
