Location is the perfect place if you want to be away from everything. I strongly recommend it

We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America.

Well the view is amazing but it wasn’t the place we rented and is not what we got. They changed it on us. Although it was still a 3 bedroom, it was in a different building then all of our family in 5 other rooms so we had to haul our kids and stuff back and forth every time to see family or get together in our large family vacation. We specifically rented that building and that room for that reason. Also the new place didn’t have any smart TV’s and the 1 ghetto TV they had was super small in the living room. Again, not the room we booked, yet no discount or accommodations for the change or inconvenience. The biggest pool was under construction and not made aware. The hot tubs were nice and 1 pool was swimmable. A little pool bar was open a few hours a day but not reliable. No groceries or market or anything else on property. View was amazing and right on the beach which is super nice and convenient, but there is nothing close by. Don’t plan to walk to anything.

Refrigerator not working properly Not enough pillows, and the once’s they have dirty with no covers. The jacuzzi not working the couches were dirty (stains)

The condo we stayed at , was very beautiful, and the view to the sea was amazing. The swimming pool and the area around was beautiful too. A very relaxing and beautiful place to stay at.

Was a great stay. Carmen made the process seamless. Great communication on her end. The property was very private and super nice. Great views. Private beach, hot hot tub. There are no services here. Bring everything you are going to need asfat as food and booze. Plenty of cooking gear and plates, cups, etc. We will be staying there again.

The condo is in need of some upgrades and repairs. The dishwasher was broken so we has to do all our dishes by hand. The kitchen was well stocked but with the dishwasher broken we could have used paper products. Additional paper towels and garbage bags were not provided which made cleaning difficult. The hot water heater was very small so hot showers were limited and with 6 people staying there it was hard to get a warm shower. The patio was nice but one of the patio couches was broken so we were unable to use it. The mattresses in the bedrooms could defiantly be replaced and the master bathroom had a bad sewer smell coming from the toilet at all times.

Perfect place to relax. Quiet, clean & private.

Mi experiencia fue decepcionante nunca sirvió el aire acondicionado de los cuartos se les aviso y nunca fueron a revisarlos por mi parte no volvería a este lugar.. al estacionarse no lo respetan invadieron mis dos lugares de estacionamiento y también nunca me lo solucionaron.

me gusto mucho lo amplio de las habitaciones y la vista ademas las albercas estan muy amplias y muy limpias

The place is very well locate out of bunch of people. All was really good. The only bad things I can mention is about the microwave and the water heater for coffee not working at the kitchen. Also the fridge was old and with a minor leak. Other than that; all good. Beautiful place and I'll back for sure.

Todo esta bien nomas que otros no respetan su parquiadero que te asignan yo les comente y nadien sabía de quién era él vehículo y asen perder él tiempo se supone qué tienen qué cuidar eso

No me gusto que tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado de una habitación y no arreglaron durante mi estación de tres dias, y los utensilios de cocina estaban incompletos nunca me mandaron un remplazo, cuando fui cuatro veces a recepción por ellos y nunca me mandaron uno . 👎

Nice place, beautiful views, pool and beach area were great. The only negative is that there are no restaurants oratories nearby to buy food or snacks, so do that before you get there.

It has several pools and you have access to Mayan palace. It was clean and staff was friendly. Only disadvantage is that it is very far from the town, so if you forget ANYTHING you have to drive more than 30min each way to get it. There is not a convenient store with in a few minutes.
