Good location. Can do better with services. Housekeeping was bad and the room had dust. Exterior parking is convenient and location make sit easy to access Niagara park attractions.

Motel was a bit old, but was very clean and the staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

For the price was Excellent, very clean , very polite,not a Hilton Hotel good breakfast. The only downside i had to pay $20 for parking, but i would stay there again.

We had a good night over there, the room was clean , but the parking fee was unnecessary.

Excellent stay. Will only stay here when I Niagara Falls. They even did a check up on up to see if we needed anything. We loved how close to everything it was.

This inn matched our expectations - quiet, convenient location, free breakfast, kitchenette in room(sink, microwave, coffee machine), friendly staff, reasonable price even with not free parking.

Nice and quiet place to stay

Everything was good, we got what we paid for and was better than expected

Nice place with friendly staff. Our room on the top floor was updated with a kitchenette which was a nice unexpected surprise! On the flip side the pool and sauna were closed which we were not expecting (but also hadn't been promised to us). The breakfast was really good, not the cheap continental breakfast, but scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle maker, etc which all tasted great. The view outside was nothing special but for the price it was worth the stay! Also, no elevator and we were on the fourth floor but they have us plenty of warnings during and after booking that there was no elevator and we didn't care about that.

Charged me for parking when i didnt park there. And told me i wouldnt be charged.

They put misinformation and different timing for the big lie of free breakfast on the website (online)starting from 7 to 10 but on the property starting from 7 to 9 .in the end it's the worst experience I've ever had.

Rooms are very clean and organized.

This was my friend's and my second visit to this hotel. Check in was good and room was clean, mattresses and pillows excellent. Our only issue was the room was cold. We turned the heater on and even after several hours it only got up to 19. Before going to bed for the night we went to the front desk to let her know about the heat and requested extra blankets. The front desk lady did end up bringing us something to our room but it was mattres pads not blankets, which we didn't realize until after she left. The pool was closed which was fine as we didn't plan to use it and they charge $20 a day parking which should be updated on their Hotels.com listing. Overall a pretty good place.

Its nice place very quiet, and safe

While check in, my guest has to pay their hotel bills. Reception did not allow me. There was terrible bad smell in room and washroom. The room thermostat did not work properly. Smoke alarm was hanging on ceiling. The washroom door lock was working. Shower knob came off while I was taking shower. Breakfast was good. Will not be coming again.
