Room was very comfortable, was a water stain on ceiling. needs a small shelf in shower at about shoulder height. Needs some maintenance in a few places. (Chairs on patio, umbrella very stained. Wood on exterior) Very dusty Breakfast was very good, hot and served by a friendly waitress. Where not in formed till check in that restaurant closed at 3pm, and that the venue was closing at 7pm for stock take. Could not even get a drink at the bar.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.

We stayed here just for one night as a last minute getaway for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The weather was amazing and the garden terrace was such a beautiful spot to sit for dinner (and again for breakfast) overlooking the valley. The rooms are clean and comfortable, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at both dinner and breakfast was spot on. Very pleasantly surprised, highly recommend.

Excellent service! Very accommodating with excellent communications. Included breakfast was a plus served on the patio! Birds chirping the whole time. Would highly recommend!

Loved the mood of the place, middle of nowhere in the midst of some beautiful countryside. Gardens were top notch but weather sadly precluded their use. Staff were helpful and room spotless. Only slight downer is that the shower was scalding. Could not get cold water into the shower. Only there for 1 night so not a big deal. Parking easy and EV charger useful. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Much to like about the Manor. 👍Recommended.

Delightful! The staff was so helpful and friendly, we loved the room and the quaint location, and the food was absolutely delicioous! Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay, staff were really friendly and helpful (especially when our Sat Nav took us to the wrong village) and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was ample and the whole check in process was super. The team were very flexible and helpful when we notified them that we would not be able to arrive by latest check in time and were accommodating of our arrival time.

Always a lovely place to stay. Food is wonderful and beds are really comfortable. The rooms are well appointed, it’s quiet and wonderful views.

Lovely room. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant annd very helpful and breakfast was tasty and well cooked although no fruit, yogurts ect. Place was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking and husband enjoying the local real ale.

Lovely 17th century building. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was amazing, room was clean and comfortable. Bed was one of the most comfortable I've been in for ages (apart from my own!). Definitely will return!

Room a little hot, difficult to sleep but it was more than made up for by the great staff, excellent breakfast and great views from the beer garden

Comfortable, spacious room. Dog friendly. Friendly staff. For a premium room, I would expect more luxury with furniture and decor. Cooked breakfast was very nice , but no cereals, yogurt or fruit and extra toast chargeable!

A warm welcome all the staff were friendly, a lovely room clean and warm. The food was very good with an excellent wine list. Will be going back.

Staff and clean room - dinner excellent

Just here for the one night after we got married and had a lovely brief stop, massive bedroom and bathroom, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Top that off with a breakfast the next morning and a short stay but still a memorable one
