The hotel is situated in a nice rural location easily accessible from the M5 and close to the main towns of Worcestershire. I would characterise it as a gastro-pub with rooms rather than a hotel. There was some disappointment that my allocated room was completely different to the room photo on Expedia which had French windows. My room was an attic with skylights. It had unusual dimensions. A small bedroom and massive bathroom. The public areas needed refurbishment. The carpets in the public areas were heavily soiled. The restaurant food is generally good and the freshly cooked breakfast is especially good. Though kitchen service in the evening and breakfast was slow. I wanted breakfast at 8 am, however, it does not start until 8,30 am. I arrived at 8.30 but didn't get my breakfast until 9 am. An hour later than my plans. The lateness of the breakfast times seemed to inconvenience most guests. One had the feeling the hotel is run for the convenience of the management rather than the guests.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Plenty of seating in the common areas and a beautiful view from the porch. Staff were very accommodating and friendly—had a reservation mix-up on our end and they were very helpful in sorting it out

food was good. surprised that there was no housekeeping (though they did say we could ask for clean towels). staff friendly but not enough of them so could be quite long waits to be served.

Lovely room and bathroom. Sadly the extreme heat and lack of air con was only the real downside to it. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Disappointing stay for a 5* star rated hotel, in our superior king room there were cobwebs and spiders in every corner of the room and in the hallways - a water leak had occurred and had not been fixed, this left a damp moldy patch on the ceiling. The bathroom sealant covered in mold and the shower had lots of red mold with slow drainage too. Breakfast was nice but definitely not a 5* star stay, more like 3 at a push, it just felt dirty with lots of maintenance and cleanliness issues

What a fantastic start to our honeymoon, which was booked last minute after an injury prevented us from our abroad plans! The inn is gorgeous with the most beautiful terrace! The nightlight of our stay, however was the wonderful staff, closely followed by the exceptional food - we were looked after so well by the team who couldn't do enough for us for our special occasion. We felt almost like family and you are all a credit to the inn! I recommend to stay - but also just go for a fabulous dinner - you will not be disappointed!

This was my second time staying at this dog-friendly hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel originally had two EV charging points, but unfortunately one of them was out of service during my stay.

Room was very comfortable, was a water stain on ceiling. needs a small shelf in shower at about shoulder height. Needs some maintenance in a few places. (Chairs on patio, umbrella very stained. Wood on exterior) Very dusty Breakfast was very good, hot and served by a friendly waitress. Where not in formed till check in that restaurant closed at 3pm, and that the venue was closing at 7pm for stock take. Could not even get a drink at the bar.

Beautiful place , staff could not do any more. Food was lovely, views beautiful. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.

We stayed here just for one night as a last minute getaway for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The weather was amazing and the garden terrace was such a beautiful spot to sit for dinner (and again for breakfast) overlooking the valley. The rooms are clean and comfortable, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at both dinner and breakfast was spot on. Very pleasantly surprised, highly recommend.

Excellent service! Very accommodating with excellent communications. Included breakfast was a plus served on the patio! Birds chirping the whole time. Would highly recommend!

Loved the mood of the place, middle of nowhere in the midst of some beautiful countryside. Gardens were top notch but weather sadly precluded their use. Staff were helpful and room spotless. Only slight downer is that the shower was scalding. Could not get cold water into the shower. Only there for 1 night so not a big deal. Parking easy and EV charger useful. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Much to like about the Manor. 👍Recommended.

Delightful! The staff was so helpful and friendly, we loved the room and the quaint location, and the food was absolutely delicioous! Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay, staff were really friendly and helpful (especially when our Sat Nav took us to the wrong village) and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was ample and the whole check in process was super. The team were very flexible and helpful when we notified them that we would not be able to arrive by latest check in time and were accommodating of our arrival time.

Always a lovely place to stay. Food is wonderful and beds are really comfortable. The rooms are well appointed, it’s quiet and wonderful views.
