Amazing hotel, beautiful, clean, well maintained. Beach is beautiful. Food is very good. I love that guests get to enjoy all restaurants without having to make reservations. The only thing we had issues with was with the smoking. They don’t have smoke free zones nor designated smoke zones. It is pretty much permitted everywhere in the resort, so if you don’t smoke, have health issues, or have small children, you’ll just have to keep up with it as there are no regulations around it- people smoke next to you (and your children) at the beach, pool, night shows, etc. We just couldn’t escape it.

Clean rooms, hot showers, and clean beds! Staff is very attentive and fast. Cannot complain.

No vale la pena coger el servicio de Preferred Club ya que no cuentan con bebidas exclusivas para el precio que pagas ,tienen exactamente lo mismo en todos los bares , la piscina de las habitaciones no tiene luz de noche la terraza es oscura y no puedes disfrutar de esa área en esa hora ,hubo días en que se fue la electricidad y tampoco tenían agua , el hotel es un poco grande y tienen solo 2 carros de golf para trasladarte lo que a veces están disponibles y a veces no , no hay ningún tipo de animación de día en el hotel.

Everything was great. The hotel is Beautiful and Melania our butler was incredible. They go out of there way to make sure you have an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back.

Nice place, excellent people

We had a great experience at Dreams Dominicus, the resort was clean and quiet and the beach was beautiful with absolutely NO seaweed! Staff were friendly, buffet was great, a lot of choices and had Dominican food options at every meal. The only negative was we payed for hydrotherapy package but steam room was not working and we were not informed of this beforehand. Other then that we loved the resort

Great experience

We loved the resort! The staff exceded our expectations. Everyone is so friendly and polite! The resort is beautiful and offers lots of entertainment and delicious food options! The best part is the beach! It has beautiful clear and quiete water like a natural pool! We definitely will be coming back to this resort! Highly recommend!

The resort is drop dead gorgeous. Everything from the pools, the gardening, the rooms are all top notch. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurants at the Flying Fish and the international buffet were exceptional. My wife and I were disappointed in their so-called upgrade French and Italian restaurants. We are lifelong NYers and travel a decent amount including a good deal of cruising and didn’t feel these were up to par. We discussed this with management and they were very open, understanding and seemingly very willing to make some changes, which will take some time. People who are sun and beach lovers will I think marvel at the place. As we still have other places we truly want to visit we may or may not get back here, but we are seniors in our seventies, so time is limited. But we loved it and hope to visit again! Great place to rest staff is great

I really enjoyed the property overall and had a great experience on most days. The beach was absolutely stunning, soft sand and such a relaxing atmosphere, which made the trip truly special. I also loved the nightly performances; they were fun, lively, and added so much entertainment to our stay. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant waiting times were consistently poor, and when meals did arrive, the service often felt rushed. The constant pressure to book spa services each day also became a little overwhelming. Additionally, I didn’t feel the Preferred Club offered much value, as it didn’t seem particularly worth it. Overall, I had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the beach and entertainment, but I think with a few service improvements the experience could be even better.

The staff and service is top tier. Friendly, professional, attentive all around in all areas the staff was amazing.
