Hot tub was like Luke warm. And one night it was just sandy on the bottom. Towels go fast

Prima hotel op een rustige locatie. Op loopafstand van diverse eetgelegenheden en 5 minuten rijden van de welbekende shopping mall. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Alles oogt nieuw en goed onderhouden. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt had een ruime keuze en ook nog eens voldoende zitplaatsen. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt, maar zag er prima uit. Wifi doet het ook prima. Helaas geen koffie in de lobby. Wel is er een koffiemachine op de kamer.

Breakfast was not so wonderful. Food was not put under warm it was just put in ceramic dishes so was not very warm. Never used the pool hot tub. The cost of pet for one night was $100.00 ouch. That was good for 6 days. I asked is there a rate for one night she said no. I will be checking another motel next time in Edmonton.

Great stay. Good location close to WEM.

I was told on the phone that checking in with a debit visa that there would be a $200 dollar hold plus the amount for the room but when I got to the hotel, they told me it was a $500 hold plus the room. I was taken back a lot. To be told one thing on the phone and another in person. That is ridiculous. Other than that the place was nice and clean and friendly.

Our room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent with a very good variety of food choices, including yogurt, fruit, bacon, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, toast, bagels, donuts, porridge, quesadillas and fillings.

Good location. Parking lot is a little small if you are towing a trailer.

Hotel does not have the water machine or ice machine. I have been to other hotels and where they don’t have water machine, they give complimentary 2-3 water bottles and rest you can purchase. But here they don’t offer any complimentary water bottle. If you ask they can bring you in a jug and glass. The one water machine is in the gym area only and I don’t see anyone using the gym and ma

Absolutely perfect. On site dining was great food and price. Zero complaints.

Loved the room, it was very clean and roomy. A little noisy from doors being closed, but people were quiet during quiet hours. We did not get a chance to use the pool and hot tub. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

They didn’t have ear plugs, that surprised me. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the pool. Would stay there again.
