部屋は清潔で良かったです。お湯の出る蛇口が壊れていて少し使いにくかったですが、使えないわけではないです。 レストランのカレーはとても美味しく、特にパニールのカレーが美味しかったです。 近くに川があるので、夕方に涼みに行くのもいいと思います。

A decent hotel near to River front. However, the dining options are few.

The hotel suited our purpose, somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay overnight whilst touring. For the price, it was great for our needs.

Used a room 002 on the lobby floor, no mobile signal reached, and wifi too slow! Better to avoid this room. Facilities need more improvement and repairing. Service staffs work with our expectations.

Problem is that payment for room service. I ordered the food first night and was asked to pay for it when the food is delivered to my room. Therefore, I paid for it and I signed the receipt that time. Then when I checked out the room, the stuff told me to pay the food although I already paid. He asked me the name of the stuff, but of course I did not know is name. the he showed me the receipt, which was with some body signature but not my signature. I have no idea how come this happens. Eventually I paid for the food at check out because I needed to go to the airport. I was really disappointed their behavior and service.

Extremely depressing experience. We checked out within a couple of hours. What we didn't know while booking was that the hotel is VERY old and although rooms have been done up in a modern design, there is a general feeling of dullness throughout the hotel. The guy at the reception is nonchalant and doesn't even bother to look up when guests walk in the door, let alone welcome them with a smile. Despite everything, what made us leave was the discovery of ants on the bed. Only the location is good because it is a lively area.

The hotel situated in prime location and room is clean. Only con is the lift is old style where you have to close door personally and occupies 4people. Booking for this hotel is costlier when done through Expedia

ネルー橋という有名な橋の近くにあり、あちこち行くのに便利な場所でした。 ホテルは少し年季は入っていて、古くなった設備もありますが(私の部屋は窓が開かない、着かないライトがありました)、毎日掃除もしてくれて、綺麗に保たれています。 コーヒー・紅茶付き、1Lの水が毎日貰えます。 スタッフも親切です。 朝食はインド料理の朝食とサンドイッチ、フルーツがあり、頼めばオムレツやトーストも作ってくれます。 居心地よく滞在できました。

Had an amazing and comfortable stay at treebo ambassador. All the staff were so very helpful including security. Will definitely be back!!

When we checked in the Front office staff did not show any reaction or whatever. He did not even ask us to sit when i explained about our hotel booking. Such a person at the Hotel is not acceptable. The Rooms was OK. But the approach to the rooms are like a roller-coaster steps and deep in dark. Even the lifts cant reach certain rooms. The breakfast was not good. No choices. Only Alu paratha and bread was there. That is all. But this is not value for money as there are better hotels in the nearby localities. Wi-fi was not effective and i could not access internet fully.
